Manufacturing Aps Model Development Study

This paper mainly analyze from the producing process of the separate manufacturing industry that is general used , Then set up a APS modle ,and bring forward the planning and scheduling system,and give the specific plan.The paper has actual and theory value. From the actual aspect, the use of the advanced planning and scheduling can help the implementation of the enterprise resource of planning system .From the theory aspect , advanced planning and scheduling system can avoid some defect of the MRP, such as the fixed lead-time ,the fixed working method ,infinite produce capability ,hard to mend the produce planning .This paper firstly proposed the background and the significance of the advanced planning and scheduling, and then it gave the summary about the origin, the development condition and the present situation of the advanced planning and scheduling and also compared it with ERP. And then set up a mathematical model producing without out-sources and also set up a model producing with out-sources.Take a manufacturing Corporation for example which produced a kind of cab, described present work center and the bills of materials. And found out the problem in the planning and the manufacturing bottleneck. Bring forward the solution of production process in the manufacturing industry without out-sources. Based on this example, constructed the general model of advanced planning and scheduling in separate manufacturing industry. Then, on the base of the solution of production process in the manufacturing industry without out-sources, I also set up the modle of production process in the manufacturing industry with out-sources with Excel.The innovation of the paper is bring foreward the LP math modle of advanced planning and scheduling for both the conditions of with out-sources and without out-sources with Excel, and then use the dealed data from the real practice proved the modle.
