Decision Tree Algorithm In The Application Of College Graduates Employment Management

In the rapid development of science and technology in the 21 st century,Colleges and universities have basically realized the construction of campus information and preserved the employment information of college students.However,most colleges and universities only simply archive and query these historical data,and have not carried out analysis and application to excavate the effective information hidden in employment data.With the aim of solving practical problems,this thesis researches on mainly for providing employment guidance and teaching target reform for colleges and universities.Firstly,the employment data of college graduates is studied by the improved C4.5 decision tree algorithm to Try to excavate the effect of student's professional course achievement on employment and generate classification rules and build data mining model.Then designed the graduate employment forecast system was designed.The Students 'employment can be predicted in advance by introducing their performance.And the students who are not satisfied with the forecast results were focus on and provide employment guidance.The main work of this thesis is as follows:The traditional C4.5 algorithm is optimized from two aspects on the accuracy of generating classification rules.Firstly,classification rules were obtained by multiple random extraction to select the highest accuracy as the optimal decision tree.Secondly,cut the tree by marking the unknown node to avoid the decision tree being too large due to the lack of attributes.Then Verify comparison with classic data-sets to prove the advantages of improved algorithm in the size and accuracy of decision tree generation.Then the C4.5 algorithm will be applied to graduate management.The relationship between student employment and professional course achievement will be explored.The prediction model will be established,and a graduate employment forecast system will be designed and built.The system can predict the employment status of imported students in advance based on their performance.It is also possible to make a combination of the student's employment data,and the results are reflected in a columnar diagram to visually reflect the distribution of the student's employment industry in the school.
