Study On Economic Evaluation System Of Earthquake Safety Community Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

China is a country with frequent earthquakes.Several large earthquakes have occurred in recent years,causing great casualties and property losses.In order to minimize earthquake losses,China has promoted the construction of earthquake safety communities,but it is still in its infancy.The construction and development of earthquake safety communities in China is seriously lagging behind.The main reason lies in the economic factors of communities.Therefore,based on the basic principles of Engineering economy,combined with the construction of earthquake safety community and the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic study on the economic evaluation of earthquake safety community.Firstly,the construction concept and characteristics of earthquake safety community are introduced preliminarily,and the construction content,standards and technical approaches of earthquake safety community are elaborated.The economic and social benefits of building earthquake safety community are simply analyzed.Based on the theory of engineering economic evaluation,life cycle and cost-benefit analysis,the economic evaluation of earthquake safety community is deeply studied.Secondly,on the basis of the economic evaluation of single building,combining the content and characteristics of the construction of seismic safety community,following the principles and procedures of the construction of evaluation indicators,the economic evaluation index system of seismic safety community is constructed.The system consists of three levels,including one target level,four first-level evaluation indicators and seventeen second-level evaluation indicators.Then,according to the theory and method of economic evaluation of engineering projects and the economic evaluation index system of earthquake safety community,the intuitionistic fuzzy theory is introduced into the analytic hierarchy process,that is,the weight of index is calculated by intuitionistic fuzzy tomography analysis,and the economy of earthquake safety community is evaluated comprehensively by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and the seismic safety based on the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is established.Community economic evaluation model.Finally,the feasibility and practicability of the model are verified by engineering examples,and the economic level of earthquake safety community is objectively evaluated.It provides scientific and effective technical methods and theoretical basis for economic evaluation and project decision-making of earthquake safety community,and promotes the development and construction of earthquake safety community.
