Facing increasingly serious environmental problems,government departments are increasingly strict with environmental regulations,which requires companies to balance the economic and environmental impacts of th their products in production activities,and to reduce the environmental impact of products while achieving economic benefits.However,for a complex product,each of its architecture modules may have many design configurations with the same structure and function but different cost and environmental impact.The combination of design configurations of these different architectural modules results in an exponentially growing product design alternative.In order to evaluate the life cycle cost and environmental impact of various design alternatives in the early stage of product design and development,this paper studies the optimization method of product design configuration schemes,so that the life cycle cost and environmental impact of product design configuration schemes can be optimized synthetically.Firstly,the theoretical and applied research of LCA in the field of mechanical engineering in recent years is summarized.The research methods,technical frameworks and analytical methods of LCA and LCC theory are introduced,in addition,the characteristics and functions of current mainstream LCA software are analyzed and summarized.The optimization method of product design and configuration scheme based on life cycle cost and environmental impact is proposed.Secondly,the LCA-LCC integrated analysis model of the product configuration scheme is established.A product level decomposition model is established to obtain the product design and configuration scheme.The CM2001 evaluation system is used to classify the product environmental impact types,and the LCA-LCC integration analysis is performed on the product design and configuration scheme,and the environmental impact type is weighted.The environmental emission threshold UEI is set for a typical product configuration scheme to control the environmental emissions of the product configuration unit.Finally,a product design optimization model based on multi-objective optimization is proposed.A method of product configuration oriented design scheme generation is proposed,and a multi-objective optimization model of product design scheme is established.A comprehensive weighting method based on game theory is introduced to establish a multi-objective optimization model based on TOPSIS.The optimization process of product design and configuration scheme studied in this paper is proposed.Taking the optimization of automobile front-end module configuration scheme as an example,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified.
