With the development of satellite imaging technology and the demand for moving target search on the sea,earth observation satellites(EOS)have been increasingly used to search moving targets in recent years,such as detection of military targets,search and rescue of lost ships,marine biological monitoring and so on.However,on one hand,the imaging capability of EOS platform is constrained by its orbit,it's difficult to continuously observe the same region.On the other hand,the motion of the target is uncertain,so the research of using EOS to search moving targets on the sea is complicated.In this paper,the problem of multi-satellite cooperative search for moving targets on multi-obstacle sea is studied.Due to the search environment,the characteristics of target and the ability of EOS information acquisition,a multi-satellite relay search mode is established to meet the mission requirements.Based on the analysis of the task processing,the search map is used to model this problem.Owing to the multi-obstacle sea search environment,the traditional search map updating method based on detection information is improved,which makes the satellite more focus on the non-obstacle location in the task area.Then,the influence of target's avoidance on its probability distribution in the search map is analyzed and a motion prediction method is proposed to predict the target on multiobstacle searching area.During the search process,the search map is first updated according to the satellite detection information,then the target movement prediction method is employed to calculate the target transition probability and the search map is updated again.Additionally,in the selection of satellite observation strip strategy,the revenue of target discovery probability and the variable revenue of environmental expected information entropy are considered comprehensively,thus a dynamic weight factor is set to improve the objective function to measure the profit of observation activities.Finally,a simulation prototype system is developed based on the satellite tool kit.The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the multi-satellite cooperative search for moving targets on multi-obstacle sea.
