Maritime search and rescue is an activity related to human property and life safety.When danger occurs,the maritime search is needed.Search operations are the most complex,the most difficult and the most dangerous part of the search and rescue process,and also the only way to find and rescue.In this paper,on the basis of the determination of the sea area to be searched,the search power allocation problem is studied,in order to select the best search power in the search power,which makes the search ability is the strongest,and the cost is the lowest.To solve this problem,the following three aspects of research work is to do:First,in this paper,the theory and the research status of domestic and international in maritime search and rescue are introduced.Second,the research results of this paper are described.Firstly,the complex search power selection problem is quantified as a global optimization problem,and a global multi-objective optimization model is established under the condition that the total amount of the ship is constrained.The model is considered to the area of the sea,the total ship speed,initial distance and search ability and other factors,through the introduction of the "0-1" variable,the model is established,and the solution is analyzed according to the actual example.In second,based the ship global optimization model,considering the aircraft quantity,speed,distance,initial search ability and other factors,through the introduction of ships and aircraft two kinds of decision variables,global ships and aircraft multi-objective optimization model is established and to solve the case.Third,from another point of view of the target,under the premise of the above conditions of the ship,a multi-objective model of the ship is established.Fourth,improving the single objective optimization model for ships and aircraft of Xingshengwei into a multi-objective optimization model and solving the case.Finally,a simple regional allocation of the optimal search power has been achieved,so that the search will not cause the overlap,increasing the search and rescue efficiency.
