Climate change is one of the important environmental factors.The climate and its evolution will affect the comfort degree of the human body,and the change of comfort will have a multi-faceted impact on the human body.How people respond positively and adapt to negative or unfavorable climate change has become the topic that people pay close attention to.Hubei Province is located in the transition zone between China's east-west climate and north-south climate,and its climate will respond positively to global climate change.Therefore,the study of human comfort in Hubei Province reveals the temporal and spatial changes of human comfort in the region,which can prevent physical discomfort caused by sudden changes in weather,help to avoid disadvantages,and thus can be used for urban meteorological forecasting and urban planning.The atmospheric environmental assessment and tourism activities provide guidance on how people can respond to climate change.This paper uses the daily data datasets of three meteorological elements of temperature,humidity and wind speed at 31 national meteorological stations in Hubei Province from 1978 to 2017.Spatio-temporal variability of meteorological elements in Hubei were analyzed,and the human comfort index model(CIHB)was introduced.Spatio-temporal variation characteristics of climatic comfort in hubei province were studied by linear tendency estimation method and Kriging interpolation method.The spatial variation of climatic comfort period was analyzed.And the evaluation;based on the Cihb values of the four seasons of spring,summer,autumn and winter,the climate comfort of Hubei Province was comprehensively divided by Equal weight comprehensive weighted average method.Finally,the spatial distribution of the climate grades in Hubei Province was analyzed in detail.Research indicates:(1)The average temperature in Hubei Province between 1978 and 2017 was between 15.4-17.2?,which showed an upward trend in the past 40 years and passed the significant test of 0.01.The average wind speed from 1978 to 2017 was between 1.3 and 2.0 m/s,and the average relative humidity was between 73 and 80%.Both meteorological elements showed a downward trend and both passed a significant test of 0.05.This indicates that there was a significant change in the climate of Hubei Province between 1978 and 2017.The spatial difference of temperature,wind speed and humidity in Hubei Province is significant.The temperature decreases from southeast to northwest and southwest.The wind speed is higher in the plain and lake areas,the wind speed in the mountain area is smaller,the wind speed in the valley is larger,and the wind speed in the mountain basin is small.Humidity decreases from south to north.(2)The annual average Cihb rising trend in Hubei Province from 1978 to 2017 was obvious.In four of those seasons,the spring rismg trend far exceeds the annual average level,and contributes the most to the annual average CIHB rising trend;the rising rate of the jianghan Plain is the largest in all areas of Hubei Province,and the rising rate is the smallest in the southwestern Hubei.Difference;CIHB is mainly affected by temperature,humidity and wind speed,temperature directly affects CIHB,and mainly positive effect,humidity and wind speed have little effect on CIHB;In the 12 months of the year,the CIHB value decreased from southeast to northwest and southwest,and the CIHB value in southeastern Hubei changed greatly in the past 40 years.(3)According to the climate comfort zoning of Hubei Province,the climate comfoit of the province is better in spring and autumn,and the climate comfort in winter and spring is poor.In the comprehensive zoning,Hubei Province is divided into three climatic zones:climate comfort zone,which is mainly located in part of southeastern Hubei and three canyons;climate is more comfortable,and it is widely distributed in Hubei Province,accounting for about 80%of Hubei Province;The general area is mainly located in the border area of Lichuan City and Wufeng and Hefeng in the southwestern part of Hubei Province.(4)From the distribution of human comfort days at various levels in Hubei Province,the number of cold and hot days in Hubei Province is relatively small,and the number of hot days is negligible in this paper.The distribution of micro-cold,cool and comfortable days basically increased from east to west.The number of comfortable days in each region was higher than 92d,and the number of warm days was between 20 and 53d.The number of hot days and hot days are basically decreasing from southeast to northwest and southwest.The number of cold discomfort days is mainly distributed in December,January,February,March,November and April,and there are almost no cold and uncomfortable days in other months.The general comfort days are mainly distributed in spring and autumn,and the number of hot uncomfortable days is mainly distributed in summer.
