In this paper,the driving mechanism of the lake surface changes in the past 45 years is studied,which can help solve the ecological deterioration problems encountered in the development of the region.Based on Landsat remote sensing images,hydrometeorological data and water diversion project of Ebinur Lake basin,this paper analyzes the temporal and spatial changes of Ebinur Lake Lake area by combining remote sensing(RS),geographic information system(GIS)and statistical analysis methods,in order to explore the dynamic changes of lake,climate and human beings.The response relationship between classes.Using ENVI5.3 remote sensing image processing tool to preprocess the image,calculating the NDWI value of Ebinur Lake area with band operation tool,selecting the best threshold T=0.043 through many experiments,and then determining the lake boundary with visual interpretation.Using the powerful third-party library of Python script in Arcgis 10.2,the pixel value is greater than T.=0.043 assignment is 1,the pixel value is less than T=0.043 assignment is 0,and the total number of grid pixels assignment is 1.The area data of Ebinur Lake from 1972 to 2016 are obtained.The data visualization analysis is carried out by using Matplotlib mathematical mapping Library in Python.The Lake area dynamics and centroid migration model are used to quantitatively analyze the surface of Ebinur Lake.Interannual variation of product.Combining the natural factors such as temperature,precipitation,River runoff,land use change in human activities,water use for production and living,water diversion project construction and so on,this paper analyses the reasons that affect the dynamic change of the area of Lake Ebinur.In the process of the change of the land use,the supervised classification method of the non-linear SVM classifier is adopted,and the mixed classification method is adopted.The results show that the overall classification accuracy is 92.58%and the Kappa coefficient is 0.91.The results show that the area of Ebinur Lake decreased from 1972 to 2016,and then decreased.The northwest part of the lake shrank more seriously.Human activities are the main factors leading to the sharp shrinkage of the area of Ebinur Lake.
