Since the twentieth century,global climate change has been paid more and more attention.The research results show that the climate of earth is undergoing significant changes characterized by global warming in the past 100 years.Many scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research,and they make a series of achievements.This paper taking meteorological and energy utilization indicators of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as research objects,simulation of regional climate using WRF model.It analyzes the impact of meteorological factors on resource utilization,predicts resource utilization indicators under meteorological influence,and compared with forecast results through single historical data.It makes up for the shortcomings in current research.After analyzing the climate status of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,it is found that the climate change is synchronized with global climate change in recent decades.This climate change has a significant impact on urban resource utilization.In this paper,It be selected that climate indicators such as average temperature,average wind speed,average relative humidity,and illumination hours,In energy resource utilization indicators,we choosed that the electricity consumption,water consumption,and total energy consumption.The analysis results show that climate change has a significant impact on resource utilization,and It will improve the prediction accuracy of resource utilization indicator through relevant meteorological factors.This research provides reference for relevant departments,and it has practical significance in actual production and life.This article mainly completes the following work:In the first instance,studying the status of climate change and resource utilization in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and using the WRF regional climate model to simulate meteorological factors in the Bay Area.In the next place,select resource utilization and meteorological indicators,and study the cointegration relationship and causal relationship between the resource utilization and meteorological factors of major cities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Once more,using model in machine learning to analyze and predict resource utilization indicators,and compare the prediction results of single resource utilization historical data with the prediction results of under meteorological influence.In the end,design and implement the climate and resource utilization analysis system to visualize the research results above.
