| The Suoluogou gold deposit located in the southern part of the Ganzi-Litang suture zone,is the largest gold deposit in Sichuan.It is a major breakthrough in the exploration of gold deposits in the Ganzi-Litang suture zone in recent years.The gold resources of the Suoluogou gold deposit is 60.34 t,with an average Au grade of 3.66 g/t.It has reached the scale of super-large deposits and has the prospect of ultra-large deposits.At present,there are two main understandings about the genesis of the gold deposit:one is ductile shear zone type?orogenic type?gold deposit;the other is epithermal type gold deposit.The genesis of the deposit is still controversial,the characteristics of the ore body have not been fully identified,the deep prospecting has hardly been carried out,and the prospecting work is far from over.Therefore,the prospecting potential in this deposit is very huge.This study mainly relies on the project of"Suoluogou Gold Mine Prospecting in Muli County?2018?".Through the study of geological characteristics of the deposit,ore-controlling conditions,audio magnetotelluric sounding?AMT?on mainly ore bodies,interpretation of altered minerals,this study build comprehensive prospecting modeland to guide engineering verification and prospecting in the Suoluogou gold mine.Suoluogou gold deposit belongs to altered rock type gold deposit occurred instructural fractured zone.It occurs in basic volcanic rocks ofUpper Triassic Qugasi Formation and is controlled by structural fractured zone?F1?spreading in nearly East-West direction.The ore body is large in scale and is simple in shape.The ore is an optional metallurgical ore containing arsenic and sulfur.There are seven orebodies in the Suoluogou mining area.This paper focuses on the analysis of the largest orebody?No.15?in the mining area.The length of No.15 orebody is 580m?before 2018?,the maximum inclined depth is 527m,the average thickness of the orebody is 36.03m,and the average grade is 4.03 g/t.The orebody tends to 320°-360°and the dip angle is48°-80°.The plane distribution of ore bodies is irregular lenticular.The profile shape is generally wide and narrow,steep in the north and slow in the South funnel.Geophysical research is based on the rock physical characteristics of existing mining areas,and is to meet the purpose of achieving certain geophysical exploration depth.In the mining area,the geophysical method of audio-frequency magnetotelluric sounding?AMT?is selected,eight AMT profiles are tested and interpreted in the mining area,and the prospecting prediction is carried out.Alteration mineral research is to identify the types of altered minerals?non-metallic?,determine the altered mineral assemblages,identify the altered minerals related to mineralization,and propose the prospecting direction by analogy in this deposit.The altered minerals in Suoluogou gold mine are montmorillonite,illite,kaolinite,phlogopite,muscovite,lithium mica,diopside,epidote,chlorite,dolomite,calcite,wollastonite,celestite,quartz,pyrozeolite,chlorite,spodumene,jadeite,basketstone,magnesite,epidote,talc,gypsum,tremolite,topaz and smithsonite,dickite,etc.Based on the basic geological characteristics of the Suoluogou gold mine,the data of altered minerals are analyzed in depth,surface and borehole shows that the alteration combination of near surface montmorillonite,illite and kaolinite in the mining area corresponds well with the ore body in the Suoluogou ore section,and can be used as the altered mineral marker of near surface mineralization body search.According to the analysis of ore body characteristics,geophysical characteristics and alteration mineral characteristics,the ore-prospecting model is established and the ore-prospecting potential area is circled in this study.And theprospecting potential area has been verified by drilling engineering in the Suoluogou gold deposit.The results show that all the nine boreholes constructed in the predicted area are found to be ore-prospecting,and the prospecting effect is remarkable.The newly discovered ore resources reach the scale of medium-sized gold deposits in this study.The verification results prove the correctness and feasibility of the ore prospecting model established in the area of Suoluogou gold deposit in this study. |
