Ganzi-Litang fault zone located in the eastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the junction area of Songpan-Ganzi orogenic belts and Yidun arc orogen. Gala gold deposit, Cuo a gold deposit, Xichongnong gold deposit have been discovered and explore along the northern section of the fracture zone in recent years, and also great gold potential has been prospected. The thesis has devoted most time in studying on the following aspects, such as the geological conditions to mineralization, lithogenesis and metallogenesis, controlling factors for ore forming, and also researched on geological characters, mineral assembly of ore-rocks, alteration of host-rocks, characters of geo-chemical, meanwhile, the thesis points out that the metallogenic process is a multiple-stages process. Synthesises the research of so many scholars, the most serious factors controlled the forming consisting of the occurrence and development of Ganzi-Litang fracture zone and magmatism and metamorphism, the main tectonics as deposit space were the sub-faults.Through the analysis of pyrite, arsenopyrite and the symbiotic relationship between min-erals,with the previous studies and fluid inclusion test results, we concluded that the Ganzi-Litang gold deposits formed in a high oxygen fugacity, low-temperaturehydrothermal envir-onment,and the forming temperature is about 165~250℃.According to the predecessor of the obtained K-Ar legal year analysis, the obtained age concentrates in 177~149 Ma. With the Rb-Sr isochrone method, pick the different spot from the mineralized zone, obtains the mineralized zone rock and the ore isochrone age for 157±14Ma, so it`s belongs to the Yanshan time.After the electron microprobe analysis of Pyrite, combining the environment surroundi-ng rock ore and the diameter of apatite fission track and zircon discussed in the gold metallogenic epoch set and law.Through to the apatite and the zircon fission diameter ma-rk analysis, infers in belt’s gold to mineralize is mainly 80~140Ma, the metallogenetic e-poch has manyissue of inferior characteristics, the metallogenetic epoch has changes the small tendency from south to north.Generally speaking, the gold ore as a whole in the superficial part environment, but also has the depth portion and the superficial part delivers the characteristic, namely the golden formation has many times time, different depth characteristic. The gold ore belt’s gold ore mainly for the hydrothermal gold ore, the mineralization and the alkalinity rock magma hydrothermal concerns.
