In order to obtain accurate and correct data for samples,it is necessary to have scientific and reliable experimental methods as the basis of technical support in the projects of geochemical mapping, geological survey or detailed investigation of soil pollution. As a kind of spectroscopic analysis technology, atomic fluorescence spectrometry has been widely used in the field of microanalysis and trace analysis in recent years. In geochemical sample analysis, the method is mainly used to determine elements such as arsenic? As?,mercury?Hg?,selenium?Se?,germanium?Ge?,bismuth?Bi?and so on,but it is still rare to determine tin?Sn?in geochemical samples.with atomic fluorescence spectrometry. In this paper, the tin in water samples was detected by atomic fluorescence spectrometry after separation and enrichment using mercapto containing dextran gel?SDG?,and optimized the working conditions of detecting tin, such as carrier gas flow, furnace temperature, the concentration of potassium borohydride, the acidity of medium and so on.The acidity and ionic strength of the solution on the SDG column and the acidity and volume of the eluent were studied. The analytical method for detecting trace tin in water samples was built on this basis, and the detection limit was 0.98?g·L-1,the precision?RSD/%?was within 15%,the recovery was between94%and 106%.For geochemical samples such as rocks, soils and water sediments, three pretreatment methods had been researched systematically this paper, including alkali melting, acid dissolution plus alkali melting, acid dissolution plus alkali melting and through SDG column. The experimental conditions of flux ratio, melting temperature and flux and sample ratio of alkali fusion method were optimized.Alkali melting method and acid solution plus alkali melting method are easy to operate and are suitable for the analysis and determination of tin in large quantities of geochemical samples.Determination of tin in geochemical samples by atomic fluorescence spectrometry after separation and enrichment using SDG column. The detection limit of the method can research 0.66?g·L-1.It is a method of high accuracy, small dilution factor, and small matrix effect. It can also be determined by ICP-MS.The several methods established in the study are applicable to the determination of tin in different types of geochemical samples. These methods provide strong technical support for the detection of tin, which is conducive to the development of trace tin detection.
