Research The Prevention And Cure Of Geological Hazard Of Based On Land Use Planning

Through taking the town of Lingkou in Dingan county of Hainan province as an example, carrying out the case to investigation and researching and analyzing the siuation of the land use and the prevention and cure of geological hazard of the region, we find there is a deviation between the effect of land use planning and the goals. Some even result in the geological hazard because of developing land unreasonably. This is mainly due to the lack of understanding geological hazard..Research the prevention and cure of geological hazard of land use planning can prevent and control of geological disasters from the source of land use planning.And it can also improve the rationality of land use planning and will be significant for doing the new land use planning.Firstly, based on the research of history, deal with the data inputting and editing by GIS and MAPGIS technology, including geological structure, terrain and physiognomy, stratum and hydrology geology. It can be inquired where can be away from regional geological hazard through the combination of land use planning database and geological hazard database effectively.That provides the convenience for geological hazard prevention and control of the query tools. Secondly, land use planning should fully integrate the geological disaster investigation and regionalization results. It should be further to study of regional geological hazard point, dangerous point and find out the law of the development and distribution characteristics of geological disaster to avoid these areas. Than we can select the reasonable land for development or reclamation reuse. For the further understanding of the regional geological hazard risk, through regional geological disaster investigation, analysis, and according to the geological hazard prone to partition based on the principles, it adopts the combination of qualitative and quantitative method to divide the geological hazard into three areas which were not prone to geological disaster,low prone to geological hazard and middle prone to geological hazard. The three areas can be used to guide the work of prevention and cure of geological hazard. In the research of land use planning, in the process of planning, rational development of land, to the greatest extent do disaster prevention and reduction, three land development policy of disaster prevention norms of the land development, land expropriation and disaster information public education were made. The three policy can be further used to guide the work of prevention and cure of geological hazard. Finally, in order to improve reliability and accuracy of land use planning, it should pay attention to training planner in geological disaster prevention and control of relevant knowledge, so that planning of geological disaster prevention can really realize from the source of planning to prevention and control of geological hazard for the sustainable development of local social economy and human practical guiding significance.
