Research On Management Efficiency Evaluation Of China's Communication Industry

In recent years,the telecommunication industry has developed rapidly.China's telecommunication enterprises have undergone the transformation of secondary dismantling and reorganization.Under the new situation,the development of China's telecommunication industry has gradually stabilized,but there are still some problems in the management of various regions and provinces.How to manage the communication industry scientifically so as to improve the management efficiency of all provinces and regions in China has become a hot research topic in the development of China's communication industry at this stage.Based on the current situation of China's telecommunications industry development,this paper evaluates and analyses the management efficiency of 31 provinces except Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan from 2012 to 2016.In the early stage of calculation,combined with the principle of index selection,the input-output indicators and environmental indicators of management efficiency in the telecommunication industry are selected.In order to make the input-output indicators comprehensive and concise and scientific,this paper applies SPSS software to factor analysis of the selected input-output indicators,and finally determines the final inputoutput variables through testing and screening.The final indicators are applied to the three-stage DEA model to obtain the management efficiency without eliminating the impact of environmental variables and the self-management efficiency without eliminating environmental impact factors.From the efficiency results,we can analyze the management efficiency of each province,but we can't analyze the influence among neighboring provinces.Therefore,we apply the spatial autocorrelation method to the efficiency evaluation.Through the calculation results,we can analyze the global and local correlation of the management efficiency among neighboring provinces,and through the comparative analysis,we can reflect the environmental factors among them.The influence.From the results of the study,the management efficiency of 31 provinces' telecommunications industry in 2012-2016 is relatively optimistic in the first stage,but there are still unreasonable phenomena in resource allocation and scale development.The overall management efficiency of the third stage is low,which shows that environmental factors have played a positive role in driving the management level.The results of the first and third stages all show that the management development in the eastern,central and western regions of China is unbalanced.The results of spatial autocorrelation analysis show that there is a significant correlation between the level of communication management and the environmental impact.Based on the above analysis results,this paper makes a summary and analysis of the development of management level of China's telecommunications industry.
