With the rapid growth of biological species data and the development of computer information technology,a large number of biodiversity information systems have been established around the world.FLOW(Fulgoromorpha Lists On the Web)is a web-based bioinformatics platform designed to synthesize and share all planthoppers with naming,taxonomic and literature information to better preserve and utilize in this research area.The expertise of the system has been obtained.This paper combines Android development technology and other more mature technology systems,and designs the planthoppers species information system based on Android platform with the help of system life cycle thinking of information system design and development.The system data is collected on the FLOW platform webpage using Jsoup crawler technology,and the data relation table for retrieving the index is redesigned and stored in the SQLite database embedded in Android.The data is displayed through local reading and online retrieval;The map API is used for the secondary development of personalized maps,and the visual information of the planthoppers position information is realized on the map.This application realizes some important functions of the webpage FLOW,highlights the visual display of the geographical distribution module,and makes the mobile device easy to carry,convenient to use,based on the location service,conforms to the development trend of the mobile internet,and acts as the biological information diversity information system.An important supplement to the mobile end,applied to professional teaching and popular science education.
