Geological disasters referred to disaster in China's mountainous and hilly areas are quite common.Because the geological disas ters are often associated with bad weather,if the rainfall is too large in the hills and mountains,it is likely to cause landslides,debris flow and flash floods and other natural disasters.And once there is a serious geological disaster,it will not on ly pose a great threat to people's lives and safety,but also cause a large amount of property losses.The relevant departments of our government have always attached great importance to the problem of geological disasters,and the broad masses of the peop le also increasingly hope to keep abreast of weather monitoring and warning geological hazard information.Therefore,the study of meteorological information monitoring and early warning and protection system has become very important,and has important so cial practical significance.In this paper,the geological disaster early warning information service was the main research object,mainly for Android phones and other intelligent terminals.A meteorological information and geological disaster warning and other functions in one of the information service system was researched and developed.The system could,to a certain extent,meet the needs of the government and the broad masses of people for real-time warning information on mobile meteorological informa tion and geological disasters.In this study,the main work and innovation of this paper was as follows:First,taking into comprehensive consideration of the status of the geological disaster early warning system and the special geographical environment o f the project area,the research topic was put forward from two aspects of the meteorological information monitoring and geological disaster prevention and protection.By taking into account that geological hazards were potential associated with the bad weather conditions,special terrain features and so on factors,the real-time and accuracy of the geological disaster early warning extended to a certain.Second,the use of a variety of visualization technology,meteorological monitoring information and geological disaster warning were displayed from all-round and multi-angle.The disaster information on the electronic map display was helpful to further discover the geological hazard regional association characteristics,and the weather information visualiz ation through cloud,radar,and other technical,can visually observe the weather trends,which played a certain supporting role to the geological disaster warning.Third,this article designed and implemented the Android-based weather monitoring and disaster early warning information system for Android mobile terminal.Users can learn real-time weather monitoring information and geological hazard warning information through handheld Android mobile terminals.Compared with traditional PC browser-based system,users get information faster and can make effective disaster prevention measures faster.Finally,the author analyzed and discussed the system designed in this paper.The experimental results showed that the design of this paper has realized all the expected functions of the system and can meet the requirements of the functional and real-time of meteorological information and disaster warning service.The system's man-machine interface was friendly,and the system also had good practical value.
