With the rapid development of my country’s economy,people have paid more and more attention to the developmental status of adolescents,because the cases of developmental problems in children and adolescents are showing an increasing trend.As an important indicator to judge the developmental status of adolescents,bone age is often used clinically Using bone age as a measure of maturity in adolescent children.If the bone age evaluation is performed only manually by bone age experts,it is not only inefficient but also highly subjective.At the same time,due to the lack of bone age experts,many young children cannot find problems early.Therefore,this project designs and develops an AI bone age assessment system for adolescents based on the Android system.With the help of the Android system with the highest market share,the use of artificial intelligence algorithms to evaluate bone age not only reduces the workload of experts,but also improves the efficiency of bone age assessment,making it more convenient and efficient for people to evaluate bone age.This thesis first outlines the research background and significance of the topic selection,combined with the current status of the bone age assessment system,the research content of this thesis is proposed as follows:(1)Introduced bone age evaluation methods and standards and DICOM standards,and introduced the key technologies that need to be used in the implementation of bone age evaluation system,including front-end development technology MVVM architecture and Rx Java technology,back-end development technology Springboot framework integration Mybatis,relational database My SQL and non-The relational database Redis was introduced.(2)Divide users into doctor users and patient users,and carry out detailed system functional and non-functional requirements analysis for users of the two roles respectively.The functions mainly include user login and registration,patient information file management,patient image upload,Patients view reports,doctors manage patients,automatic bone age assessment,etc.Non-functional analysis includes ease of use,reliability,aesthetics,and scalability.(3)Carry out a detailed design of the system with reference to the system requirements list,including the overall architecture design,functional module design,database design and server interface design for the system,and analyze the functions of the system in the form of flow charts and class diagrams.The module logic has been sorted out in detail.(4)According to the design of the bone age assessment system,the Java language is used as the development language,and the Android client is used as the system client to implement the business logic of the function,and the functionality of the system is tested by inputting test samples for each functional module.and non-functional,the test results meet the expected requirements.(5)Finally,it is concluded that the bone age assessment system can greatly reduce the workload of bone age film experts,and improve the efficiency of bone age detection,which largely meets people’s needs for bone age detection.Weaknesses and areas for improvement.
