Studies On The Secondary Metabolites Of Three Nematode Endoparasitic Fungi

Endoparasitic fungus is one of the important types in nematophagous fungi.In this study,three strains including Verticillium psalliotae YMF1.00112,Harposporium oxycoracum YMF1.01735 and Verticillium dahliae YMF1.02083 were researched.The three strains were cultured and fermented,and the metabolites of these fungi were studied.In addition,the bioactivities including nematicidal,antibacterial and antineoplastic activities of the isolated compounds from three strains were studied.The results were as follows:Five compounds were isolated and identified from ethyl acetate extract of the fermentation broth of Verticillium psalliotae YMFI.00112.They are inonotin M(M112-4),inonotin N(M112-3),citrantifidiol(M112-6),S?,8?-(20S,22E,24R)-ergosta-6,22-dien-3?-ol(M112-7)and 2-(2-hydroxyethyl)phenol(M112-10).Among these compounds,compounds M112-4 and M112-3 are new sesquiterpenes,and the others are known.Strain Verticillium Dahliae YMF1.02083 was fermented in solid PDA medium.Four compounds including(9Z,11E,13E)-9,11,13-octadecatrienoic acid(M83-6),4-hydroxy benzeneethanol(M83-10),(33,5a,6a,22E)-3-hydroxy-5,6-epoxy-7-one-8(14),22-dien-ergosta(M83-11)and M83-8 were purified and identified in the strain.The structure of compound M83-8 need further identify.Four compounds were isolated and identified from ethyl acetate extract of strain Harposporium oxycoracum YMF1.01735.They are compounds M35-1,M35-15,M35-17 and M35-18.Compounds M35-1 and M35-15 are named as harposporin A and harposporin B respectively.They are new compounds.Compounds M35-17 and M35-18 identified as ergosterol peroxide and 3?-hydroxy-5?,6?-epoxy-22E-stigmasten respectively.Compounds were assessed for their nematicidal,antibacterial and antitumor activities,and all of these compounds showed no obvious activities.
