The Weihe-Peyang River Basin Plain is an important economic,political and cultural center of Hebei Province.Recently,with the rapid development of the economy,the amount of groundwater exploitation has increased year by year.For a long time,human activities have been on the Weihe River and the Fuyang River Basin.The groundwater has had an unprecedented impact.In order to find out the current situation of water use in the plain area of the Weihe River and the Fuyang River Basin and meet the economic development needs of the plain area,it is necessary to carry out numerical simulation of groundwater in the plain area of the Weihe River and the Fuyang River Basin to provide the theoretical basis guidance for the rational development and utilization of groundwater resources.In this paper,the GMS software and the modified Modflow2005 program are used to construct a numerical model of the groundwater flow in the plain of the Weihe-Fuyang River Basin from 2001 to 2015.The area is about 2.5×104km2,and the grid size is 500m×500m.The simulation period is from January 2001 to December 2015.and the groundwater flow field and dynamic changes in the plain area of the Weihe River and the Fuyang River Basin are carried out.The simulation was carried out,and the groundwater recharge resources and recoverable resources of each groundwater system were evaluated.At the same time,based on the existing model,the influence of the South-North Water Transfer and the over-extraction treatment on groundwater was predicted and analyzed,and the treatment effect was evaluated.Research indicates,the total recharge of groundwater in the plain of the Weihe-Puyang River Basin in the period of 2001-2015 is 38.22×10~8m~3/a;the total excretion is47.85×10~8m~3/a,and the supplementary displacement is-9.63×10~8m~3/a.The groundwater in the whole area is in a negative equilibrium state;the rainfall is the most important source of recharge in the Weihe-Peyang River Basin plain,about30.99×10~8m~3/a,accounting for 80.98%of the total recharge.Mining is the most important excretion,which is about 46.95×10~8m~3/a,accounting for about 98.12%of total excretion.Meanwhile.according to the principle of groundwater resources evaluation,the average annual total groundwater recharge resource in the Weihe-Puyanghe Plain is 34.35×10~8m~3/a.and the total recoverable resources of the Weihe-Peyang River Basin plain are calculated to be 33.92×10~8m~3/a,and the total mining modulus is 14.34×10~4m~3/km~2·a.The overall study area is seriously over-exploited.The mining degree index is 1.39.Finally,according to the existing model,the simulation analysis of the simulation analysis of the impact of water supply and groundwater over-extraction treatment on groundwater in the South-to-North Water Transfer Project from2016 to 2017,Through the South-to-North Water Diversion Water Supply and Agricultural Deep Laminated Mining,the annual average storage variable of the Weihe-Puyang River Basin plain increased at5.92×10~8 m~3/a.Meanwhile,the shallow and deep water levels were restored.In 2017,the shallow groundwater level increased by 2.19m,and the deep layer increased by 6.13m.
