With the picking up of human activities, groundwater environment is being seriously intimidated by various pollutions. People have paid great attention to the research of groundwater environment vulnerability. Evaluating the latent pollution extent of groundwater quantitatively has great sense to the groundwater proper exploitation and protection. This paper using the systematic theory to connect the groundwater system and human activities with water circulation. Study the infection of human activities to the input and output of groundwater system and its movement and evolvement. And that analysis and evaluate groundwater vulnerability in nature condition and human activities.The author discuss the basic theory of groundwater environment vulnerability systematically and completely. And discuss the evaluating methods. This paper build the evaluating model of DRASTIC method, fuzzy comprehensive judgement method based on DRASTIC and the fuzzy comprehensive judgement method. The author choose depth to water, net recharge, aquifer media, soil media, topography, impact of the vadose zone media, conductivity of the aquifer as the evaluate indexes of groundwater inherent vulnerability. And use the square root method to confirm the weight of the indexes. Then the author get the subarea of the groundwater inherent vulnerability in Songnen plain. Compare and analysis the result of the three methods, we get the final chart of groundwater inherent vulnerability.Based on the theory of groundwater environment vulnerability, the author build the grade standard of groundwater environment vulnerability in Songnen Plain. Considering the infection of human activities to the groundwater vulnerability, the author apply the DRASTIC method, fuzzy comprehensive judgement based on DRASTIC, and fuzzy comprehensive judgement to evaluate the groundwater vulnerability in Songnen plain. in the infection of human activities. Compare these three methods the author get the subarea of groundwater environment vulnerability with the systemic ideology.In this paper the author firstly build groundwater conception model and the emulate numeric model of phreatic aquifer and artesian aquifer. Apply the GMS software to forecast the variation of flow field in year 2020 in different exploit project. After that the author analysis the variation of other indexes and apply the fuzzy comprehensive judgement to evaluate the variation in future. On the whole, the groundwater vulnerability in Songnen plain is horizontally weaker from west to east. In the vulnerable area the depth of suspended area is thin and water permeability is high, the recharge intensity and the water gradient is high, the phreatic cycle is prompt. which means the groundwater environment self protection and the decontamination capacity is poor. Groundwater is easily be polluted. Whereas the less vulnerable area is uneasy be polluted. On the whole, the groundwater environment in Songnen plain is relatively vulnerable. especially these years groundwater environment be deterioration seriously.The result of research shows that only we consider the hydrogeology factor and the exterior factor can we evaluate the groundwater environment vulnerability objectively. Fuzzy comprehensive judgement has the preferably application effect. Groundwater environment vulnerability is intimately related with the pollution state. Groundwater system is intimately related with human society and economic.
