Due to the modern urban construction speed is accelerated,needs to be updated timely and accurate geographic information database,but as a result of satellite remote sensing technology to access cycle limit,can't provide the affected area with remote sensing image data of the first time can't meet the requirements of real-time?UAV remote sensing technology with flexible,timeliness strong advantages,such as plays a more and more important role in earthquake disaster reduction,and the sudden emergency events have fast access to the ability of remote sensing image,great supplement the deficiency of the airborne remote sensing and satellite remote sensing.However,the accuracy of image acquisition is affected by the layout of control points in the field,so different layout methods of control points need to be chosen for different precision requirements.Due to the small radiation and large number of UAV remote sensing images acquired,it is necessary to splicing the sequence remote sensing images in order to obtain a complete surveying area map.In order to obtain the soil volume of the measured area,after image Mosaic is completed,a large amount of point cloud data obtained by UAV is used to calculate the soil volume,and its precision standard is verified.The main contents of this paper include the following items:(1)The software and hardware facilities of UAV low altitude remote sensing measurement system,the function and application of software system are described systematically.(2)The influence of different layout scheme of the image control points on the precision of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)low altitude remote sensing measurement results is studied.Taking the low altitude remote sensing measurement results of some areas in Lin Zhang County of Handan City,Hebei Province as an example to analyze the influence of different layout scheme of image control points on the accuracy of UAV remote sensing measurement results.(3)Aiming at the problems such as dislocation of image mosaic and color inconsistency after stitching,the mosaicking and how to make color uniformity of UAV low altitude remote sensing image were studied carefully,and a multi-resolution fusion method based on the optimal suture line was proposed.The feasibility and accuracy of the method are verified by specific experiments.(4)Combining the actual demand of survey engineering,this paper analyzes the feasibility of the application of UAV remote sensing measuring technique in earthwork measurement,according to the measurements of UAV(DSM)of the earthwork calculation and the results were compared with the data obtained from GPS-RTK,the feasibility and accuracy of the UAV in the calculation of earthwork are verified.
