Research On Land And Sea Coordination Strategy Under The Background Of Economic Transformation

In the process of China’s transition from an inward-oriented economy to an outward-oriented economy relying on ocean channels,the important role of the ocean has become increasingly prominent,and thus ocean channels have become the key to economic transformation.The strategy of land and sea coordination is an important way to give full play to the advantages of the sea and realize the economic transformation in China.The strategy of land and sea coordination is not only a theoretical problem,but also a practical problem.The land and sea coordination strategy is based on geopolitical environment and has the basic characteristics of strategic,comprehensive and rich.However,in the practice of the land and sea coordination strategy,some problems have emerged,of which the four dimensions,namely marine economy,marine ecology,marine science and technology,and marine rights and interests are the most prominent.The causes of the problem are not only the traditional concept of “focusing more on land than that on sea”,but also the inherent weaknesses of land and sea composite countries and the unbalanced development of land and sea economy.On this basis,this thesis attempts to put forward suggestions to improve the land and sea coordination strategy from five aspects,namely: to establish the development concept of land and sea coordination,to safeguard the security environment of land and sea coordination,to enhance the economic vitality of land and sea coordination,to maintain the ecological environment of land and sea coordination,and to develop advanced technologies of land and sea coordination.The aim of this thesis is to enhance the feasibility and pertinence of the land and sea coordination strategy,thus ensuring the smooth implementation of the land and sea coordination strategy.
