The 21st century is a century dominated by global knowledge-based economy. National innovation system is the internal power of the economic and social sustainable development. China is a country with both land and sea, so the marine economy is an important in social development. Marine knowledge Innovation is a complex system engineering. Application of theoretical knowledge of complex system of marine knowledge innovation is sure to have practical value, which will help solve the problem about the lack of marine knowledge innovation, and this is the needs of knowledge age and China's national conditions, also the effective way of developing marine economy.Based on the research on the theory of complex system, through a combination of management, economics, oceanography, mathematics, computer science and more interdisciplinary knowledge an systematic analysis is researched. Through the knowledge of all aspects of maritime knowledge innovation process, the actual abstract non-linear complex problems can be converted into a linear mathematical model which made the relevant assumptions and simplification. By establishing the model about marine knowledge innovation network, and using computer simulation software dynamic, the thesis finds out various factors like the network connections, the network structure, and organization rule how to effect knowledge level of the network. This research can enrich and improve the theory on marine knowledge innovation, which is important to marine knowledge innovation and accumulation. The research can promote China's endless marine knowledge innovation, optimize the network structure of the marine industry and enhance China's international competitiveness.Through research, the thesis obtains the following results and conclusions:(1)It is the first time, combined with management, economics, mathematical models and computer technology, to research marine knowledge innovation network on the whole from the perspective of complex system. It is good for forming a cross-disciplinary communication and multi-disciplinary complementary thinking. (2)The concept of marine knowledge innovation network is proposed and according to special characters of the marine industry, how to improve the ability of marine knowledge innovation about the marine scientific research institutions and enterprises is researched, which have an important role in the organization.(3)The knowledge growth model of marine knowledge innovation network is established. Compiled by MATLAB simulation software, it obtained the marine knowledge level dynamic process. The simulation results have some following relevant conclusions:(1)The overall level of knowledge network is affected and constrained by various factors, including the characteristics of the subjects, the evolution mechanism and the structural characteristics of the network; the low level of knowledge constraints to the development of the whole knowledge network.(2)A different connection mechanism will directly affect the growth speed of knowledge level of network. Selecting a reasonable and effective connection mechanism will increase the knowledge growth level.(3)A conclusion:the continuously knowledge growth is ultimately derived from the independent innovation of the subjects, which is important.
