Research On The Application Of Ergonomics In New Chinese Furniture

With the rapid development of modern science and technology,people’s requirements for clothing,food,housing,and transportation have also changed from the initial material needs to the current spiritual needs.After many transformations of Chinese classical furniture,it is necessary to work hard to get closer to the specific needs of the current era and to design new Chinese-style furniture that can spread ancient civilization and rich modern designs from three aspects of man-machine-environment.First of all,starting from existing sales of furniture,summed up the current competitors and problems in furniture;Secondly,after consulting a large amount of data,the characteristics of the modeling structure,humanistic connotation,and human-computer relationship application of classical furniture are summarized;Finally,we classify the knowledge of modern disciplines and summarize the theoretical knowledge such as ergonomic design principles,design methods,and program evaluation criteria that new Chinese style furniture should follow.At the same time,these theoretical knowledge are applied to the innovative design of new Chinese furniture.In the design example of this article,I designed two sets of plans for living room furniture and study room furniture.After the appraisal standards for furniture design were appraised,the study series furniture design was selected for in-depth design.From the four aspects of ergonomics,Chinese traditional patterns,modern new materials and design chromatic subject,examples are given.I hope that the theoretical perspectives presented in this paper can help future researchers.
