In the current fast-paced life and increasing work pressure,people are paying more and more attention to cervical spine problems.The "2020 China Sleep Index Report" shows that behavior and sleep environment can adjust deep sleep,and scientific and effective sleep can eliminate fatigue and relieve body pain.The report shows that the sleep quality of Chinese people is declining.The average sleep time is 6.92 hours.Only 28% of Chinese people have deep sleep,and women's sleep quality is better than that of men.As a sleeping partner,bedding has a particularly prominent influence on sleeping posture and quality.Based on the above background,the demand for pillows that promote cervical health is gradually increasing.At present,the research on pillows has been in-depth,including the research on the height of the pillow,the research on the material of the pillow,and the research on the pillow shape.In terms of the comfort and health of the pillow,the in-depth discussion is mainly based on the body size data.Due to the large differences in the audience groups and the different evaluations of the comfort of the pillows,the study objects gradually began to be divided according to gender and age.However,the current research on pillows that divide users into groups is not comprehensive,and traditional body databases(such as the national standard "Chinese Adult Human Dimensions" issued in 1988)have era differences and are not suitable for contemporary Chinese.Pillow research.This article is mainly aimed at the contemporary Chinese young male group to explore the pillow height of the pillow.The pillows studied were first based on the body data to establish the Chinese young male body database.From the perspective of protecting the health of the cervical spine,the appropriate pillow height and comfort under different mattress environments were discussed.Through data analysis and design research,people-oriented,discuss the relationship between people and the sleeping environment.In addition,the body pressure distribution test analysis and subjective comfort evaluation were carried out in different sleeping environments,taking into account the anisotropy and similarity of the user population,and suggesting postoccipital height compression combined with the environment.Finally,the product design practice is carried out,the appearance and size of the pillow are designed,and the knitting semi-forming process with good elasticity,lightness and comfort and low production cost is used to design the pillowcase weaving.This article is divided into the following five parts:In the first part,in the introduction,the research background,purpose and significance,and research status are systematically elaborated and analyzed to pave the way for follow-up research.And summarize the main content,methods and innovation points of the research.In the second part,we first analyze the body data of Chinese young men and establish a database of Chinese young men's body.From the perspective of protecting the morphology of the cervical spine,combined with the body data of Chinese young men,the height of the pillow after compression on the side and the height of the pillow after compression on the back were discussed separately,and the conclusion was verified by man-machine simulation through the ergonomic software Siemens Jack.In the third part,through the body pressure distribution experiment,subjective comfort evaluation,and local pressure point test to explore the influence of different pillow heights on the body pressure distribution and comfort when lying on the side and supine,respectively discuss the pillow height after the side lying compression and the supine compression After the pillow height,the occiput height interval with good body pressure distribution and the subjective comfort evaluation good occiput height interval are obtained,and the rationality of the conclusion of Chapter 2 is verified.The fourth part is about product design practice based on the theoretical analysis conclusions obtained in the first two parts.Focusing on the protection of the cervical spine healthy pillow height in the second part,adjust the pillow height with reference to good body pressure distribution and good subjective comfort evaluation to determine the pillow height after compression of the final product,and obtain the actual product through finite element model fitting calculation Pillow high.Refer to a large number of pillow type research literatures for product appearance design,and propose a three-set pillowcase design plan for knitting semi-molding process design and weaving.The fifth part summarizes the research conclusions of this topic and makes suggestions for future research directions.
