The investigation presents a new method of dipping SiC kiln furniture into 2 saturable solution or into the saturable solution of Ca3(PO4)2 and A1PO4 in order to beneficial to its crystalline structure change and its properties, to make it packed and decrease its porosity . It can also hinder the diffusion of oxygen so as to decrease the oxidation rate and lengthen the useful life. The mechanism of dipping two kinds of phosphate saturable solution were studied and proved by the results of scanning electron microscope . X-ray diffraction analysis and mult-peak separation applied software procedure analysis were used to determine the crystal phase and amounts of each sample. The influences of dipping time of dipping two kinds of phosphate saturable solution on the structure and the properties of kiln furniture were studied. The oxidizing kinetics equations of different dipping time of dipping two kinds of phosphate saturable solution were determined. The influences of dipping time of dipping two kinds of phosphate saturable solution on antioxygen properties of SiC kiln furniture were also studied. The effect of dipping two kinds of phosphate saturable solution were compared. Both of their best dipping time were determined. Conclusion:1. The fourth time of dipping CasCPO saturable solution is the best one. Its data were in the following :Bending strength was 11.05 Mpa. The keeping rate of bending strength after the first heat shock and the tenth heat shock were 55.57% and 33.30%. Apparent porosity was 22.11%. Absorrption was 10.02%. Bulk density was 2.26g/cm .2. The fourth time of dipping saturable solution of CaffiO) and AlPC is the best one . Its data were in the following :Bending strength was 15.29 Mpa. The keeping rate of bending strength after the first heat shock and the tenth heat shock were 79.92% and 39.50%. Apparent porosity was 21.90%. Absorrption was 8.71%. Bulk density was 2.61 g/cm3.3.
