The study area is located about 40 kilometers southeast of Uriyasi Town,the seat of the government of Dongwuzhumuqi Banner,about 210 kilometers northeast of Xilinhot City.The administrative division is under the jurisdiction of Wuli Yasi Tai Town of Dongwuzhumuqi Banner.Based on the field geological survey and laboratory analysis,the paper studies the geological characteristics and resource evaluation of the Guunite coalfield in Inner Mongolia in detail,and concludes that the main coal-bearing strata in the Guunite coalfield in Inner Mongolia is the Lower Cretaceous Bayanhua Formation.There are 5 layers of coal seams in the 15 independent coal seams(No.1-5 coal seam),of which the No.3 and No.4 coal seamsare the recoverable and most recoverable coal seams in the whole area,and the coal seams of each recoverable coal seam Thickness,structure and combination characteristics were analyzed.According to the study of coal quality,Lignite No.2 is a coal type of coal seam,which has high volatility,ultra-low phosphorus content,moderately medium gray,low sulfur and high calorific value coal,and has important development value.Estimated resources/reserves indicate that the total resources/reserves of the coalfield are 2707.8 million tons,of which the inferred intrinsic economic resources are 109.351 million tons,and the intrinsic economic resource reserves can be controlled to 112.387 million tons.Another predicted resource is 49.04 million tons.
