Tangwanghe National Park is the first national park pilot unit approved by the former Ministry of Environmental Protection and the National Tourism Administration, the main vegetation in the park is Pinus koraiensis. The original forest of Pinus koraiensis was over-harvested,after that, natural regeneration and plantation of coniferous and broad-leaved trees were carried out,and coniferous mixed forest, broadleaved mixed forest and coniferous broad-leaved mixed forest were formed.Studies have shown that the soil physical and chemical properties, soil nutrients, soil enzyme activities, etc.after forest community succession have changed, but the current research on the diversity of soil fungi community is rarely involved.Soil fungi in forest ecosystems participate in the circulation of matter, the flow of energy and the transfer of information in the form of decomposers. There is a complex relationship between above-ground vegetation, soil physical and chemical properties and soil fungi. This paper takes the typical representative of China's temperate forest ecosystem—Xiaoxing'an Ling as the research area, and selects the main forest types in the different succession stages of the original Pinus koraiensis forest wet succession series in Tangwanghe National Park. The fungi diversity of soil in 0-20 cm soil layer, and the changes of vegetation and soil fungi diversity during succession were discussed. In order to further study the temperate forest ecosystem represented by Xiaoxing'an Ling and strengthen the theory of protection and construction of Tangwanghe National Park.Specific research is as follows:1.In the Pinus koraiensis forest of Tangwanghe National Park,Yichun City,Heilongjiang Province, the soil of different forest types was collected for the determination of soil physical and chemical properties. It was found that there were differences in soil physical and chemical properties of different forest types in Tangwanghe National Park of Xiaoxing'an Ling.Soil w(Mc)decreased and soil nutrient increased in turn from broad-leaved mixed forest to coniferous mixed forest. There was a significant negative correlation between soil pH and soil w(TN),a significant negative correlation between soil w(OC)and soil w(TK),and a significant positive correlation between soil w(OC)and w(AK).2.A total of 3 soil fungi belonging to 9 families,31 orders,64 families,82 genera and 75 species were obtained by sequencing. The soil fungal community structure of different forest types varies greatly.Basidiomycota phylum is the main dominant phylum in coniferous mixed forest and coniferous broadleaved mixed forest, and Mucoromycota;is dominant in broadleaved mixed forest. The genus having a relatively large relative abundance includes Russula,Mortierella,Cenococcum,Pyrenochaetopsis,Solicoccozyma,Saitozyma,Humicolopsis, and Tylospora.3.According to the results of correlation analysis, the characteristics of soil fungi communities in different forest types were greatly affected by soil nutrients and soil Mc.
