Tangwanghe National Park is the first national park pilot unit approved by the former Ministry of Environmental Protection and the National Tourism Administration, the main vegetation in the park is Pinus koraiensis, and there are a large number of species such as Picea koraiensisnakai,Abies nephrolepis,Populus davidiana,Betula platyphylla and so on.Due to historical reasons and the need for development and construction, the original forest of Pinus koraiensis was over-harvested,resulting in severe damage to the original Korean pine forest. After that, natural regeneration and succession dominated by coniferous broad-leaved trees were carried out.Studies have shown that the soil physical and chemical properties, soil nutrients, soil enzyme activities, etc.after forest community succession have changed, but the current research on the diversity of soil microbial community is rarely involved. This paper takes the typical representative of China's temperate forest ecosystem—Xiaoxing'an Ling as the research area, and selects the main forest types in the different succession stages of the original Pinus koraiensis forest succession series in Tangwanghe National Park. The bacterial diversity of soil in 0~20 cm soil layer, and the changes of vegetation and soil bacterial diversity during succession were discussed. In order to further study the temperate forest ecosystem represented by Xiaoxing'an Ling and strengthen the theory of protection and construction of Tangwang River National Park.Specific research is as follows:1.In the Pinus koraiensis forest of Tangwang River National Park,Yichun City,Heilongjiang Province, the soil of different forest types was collected for the determination of soil physical and chemical properties. It was found that soil nutrients of forest in Tangwang River National Park of Xiaoxing'an Ling changed with succession,in which soil w(OC)w(TN)w(AN)(AP)and w(AK)increased, and soil pH decreased.2.The high-throughput sequencing method was used to sequence the soil bacteria of different forest types, and it was found that there were differences in the bacterial group and relative abundance of forest soils in different succession stages.A total of 16 soil bacteria of 27 genera,52 orders,60 families and 75 genera were obtained by sequencing.Among them,Acidobacteria,Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria and Bacteroidetes were common bacteria(relative abundance >1%).From the classification level of the door, the bacteria that differed in the three forest types were mainly Proteobacteria,Acidobacteria and Chloroflexi.3.Correlation analysis between soil bacterial community diversity and soil properties showed that there was a significant negative correlation between soil bacterial diversity and soil pH in different succession stages, which may be an important factor affecting the variation of soil bacterial diversity in Tangwang River National Park..
