field experiments were conducted.The effects of bio-organic fertilizers on the microbial community structure and enzyme activities of Soybean Rhizosphere Soil in Suihua area were studied.The effect of applying bio-organic fertilizer on soil was judged by the changes of microbial quantity and diversity,and the enhancements of phosphatase,urease,catalase,cellulase and sucrase activities.The results showed that the application of bio-organic fertilizer could change the soil microbial community structure,improve the utilization rate of microbial carbon sources and species diversity.Comparing with conventional fertilizer application,bio-organic fertilizer can improve the activity of phosphatase,urease,catalase,cellulase and sucrase in soil and change the content of organic matter in soil.The quantity can provide effective help for the growth and development of crops.
