With the rapid development of the marine economy,marine development and utilization play a vital role in the national development strategy.However,in recent years,due to the overexploitation and utilization of marine resources,the quality of marine ecological environment has declined,leading to the missing of some functional areas of marine ecological environment.For example,there are many heavy-duty discharge plants in the coastal areas.Some of the sewage will be directly discharged into the sea without treatment,which will cause serious pollution to the marine environment and even devastating damage.At the same time,with the decline of the quality of the marine environment,natural disasters will occur frequently,such as oil spills,red tide disasters,coastal erosion,etc.These unfavorable consequences have brought serious problems to people's lives and the development of marine fisheries.The impact has caused huge losses to the social economy of the coastal areas.Therefore,we establish a analysis system to predict the relevant factors of marine environment by using modern Internet of things technology,big data analysis and mining technology,geographic information technology,and all kinds of communication technology.After that it can monitor the marine ecological environment online and make timely prediction and evaluation to improve the capabilities of marine disaster prevention and mitigation.It has the great significance to the development of marine economy and the rational development and utilization of marine resources.This system adopts the JeeSite enterprise rapid development platform as the front-end development tool,and MySQL as the back-end data management platform.According to the project's requirements for marine ecological environment prediction,the water quality environmental assessment model,the anchovy resource model and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are established.The marine ecological environment data is analyzed and predicted,and the analysis and prediction results are published and displayed in real time through the Leaflet client in a map manner,which effectively solves the problems caused by the cross-platform map service in the information interaction process.The main functions of the system include: user information editing,file management,marine environment data editing,marine ecological environment prediction,marine information map display and other functions.After testing,we find that the system runs well and basically achieves the expected goals.
