Group decision-making is an important branch of decision-making science.It is an interdisciplinary research subject which integrates mathematics,management,politics,applied psychology,applied medicine,decision-making science and computer science.With the development of the times,more and more objective information or evaluation information in life has uncertainty and fuzziness,which makes the decision-making process and the results of decision-making vague or uncertain.In order to solve these uncertainties caused by objective information,on the basis of soft sets,Maji et al.put forward the theory of fuzzy soft sets,which describes objects from two aspects of parameterization and degree,in order to make up for the shortcomings of traditional parameterization tools.Fuzzy soft set has abundant parameterization tools and evaluation parameter structure,so it has an overwhelming advantage in the fields of multi-attribute decision making,pattern recognition and large data artificial intelligence.Based on the above advantages,the application of fuzzy soft sets in multi-attribute decision-making has become a research hotspot for many experts and scholars.This paper mainly studies the implicit compatibility between attributes in the data structure of fuzzy soft sets,the Choquet integral operator of interval intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and the multi-attribute group decision making method based on TOPSIS.The specific research work is as follows:(1)In this paper,a novel technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)is proposed for multi-attribute decision making problem with fuzzy soft set based on Choquet integral.This method firstly calculates the fuzzy soft weight matrix based on the fuzzy soft decision matrix of multi-attribute decision information to retain the expert decision-making information.In a fuzzy soft set decision environment using the Choquet integral attribute membership degree of each element the compatible degree of difference to reduce the attributes between the principle of fuzzy TOPSIS feasibility of soft Choquet integral operator is defined.Finally,by comparing with other methods of decision analysis,verify the information on attribute weights fuzzy soft set Choquet integral of the TOPSIS method is feasible and effective.(2)For multi-attribute decision making problems with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy values,an interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision-making approach to handle interactingattributes of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy values based on Choquet integral operator by combining with the traditional TOPSIS method is proposed.The method uses membership degree and non-membership degree to obtain positive evaluation of attributes of experts.According to the ranking function of importance weight,Choquet integral operator of the Hamming distance based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy values is constructed.The new ranking method can not only retain the traditional TOPSIS ranking advantage,but also make full use of the membership degree and non-membership degree of interval intuitionistic fuzzy number to make up for the deficiency of single evaluation parameter information.
