Research On Decision Making And Group Decision Making Based On Intuitionistic Fuzzy Soft Sets

The intuitionistic fuzzy soft set combines the advantages of the soft set and the intuitionistic fuzzy set,is a mathematical tool to deal with uncertain problems.In recent years,intuitionistic fuzzy soft set has been widely used in various fields,especially in the application of decision making and group decision making aspects.This paper mainly discusses the decision and group decision making problems based on intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets.The specific contents are as follows:To solve the problem of decision making based on intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets,this paper proposes two kinds of decision algorithms.One is that we constructed an intuition-istic fuzzy soft discernibility matrix,and analyzed some properties of intuitionistic fuzzy soft discermibility matrix,put.forward a kind of decision algorithm based on intuitionistic fuzzy soft discernibility matrix.Another is based on the level of soft sets and the char-acteristics of intuitionistic fuzzy data,we proposed a four grade decision algorithm.The two algorithms can not only find the optimal choice of object,but can easily get the order relation of all objects.In order to solve the problem of group decision making based on intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets,this paper discusses three cases.In the case of the expert weights are completely known,we proposes a group decision algorithm based on intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets.In the case of the expert weight is partly known,a method of determining the weight of experts based on linear programming technique is given,and proposed a group decision making algorithm based on intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets.In the case of the expert weights are completely unknown,a method of determining the expert weight based on projection method is given,and proposes a group decision algorithm based on intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets.
