Study On The Relationship Between The Names Of Administrative Villages And The Geographical Environment In Liaoning Province

The place name is the customary reference to the specific geographical area.It is a special sign formed by considering the natural and human factors in the region and combining their own wishes and needs.Studying the relationship between place names and geographical environment elements can not only reflect the natural and cultural landscapes of the locals,but also comprehensively analyze the rule of the landscape distribution of the place names according to the density classification of the place names.The study of place names has explored a new perspective for exploring the regional economic development.Studying the geographical environment from the perspective of place names can not only reflect the current characteristics,but also trace back to the evolution of geographical environment in this area,which is of innovative research value.Liaoning province is the birthplace of Qing Dynasty.It is also a relatively concentrated area of ethnic minorities in China.It has unique folk customs and cultural background,and plays a decisive role in Chinese history.Liaoning province is located in the northeast of China,which is the gateway to opening up to the outside world,and is adjacent to Japan,and North and South Korea.The special geographical location provides convenient conditions for the economic development of Liaoning.By studying the relationship between administrative place names and geographical environment elements in Liaoning Province,this paper discusses the distribution rulesand characteristics of Liaoning's place names,aiming to provide reference for Liaoning's administrative place names.This article is divided into the following parts:The first part is the introduction.This part mainly introduces the purpose and significance of researching the place names of Liaoning province,the source and processing method of data,the research route and theoretical basis of the research.The second part gives a basic introduction to the general situation of Liaoning Province,respectively,from the three aspects of nature,humanity and history,according to the local situation of the place names,and contact the data source and local customs to ensure the profundity,real time and accuracy of data research.The third part classifies 15840 administrative villages of Liaoning Province according to the geographic environment elements,giving statistical analysis of the classification results,using the excel tools for data collation and summary,and getting the data characteristics obvious.This part also shows show the distribution characteristics and rules of the place names in Liaoning province in a comprehensive way,making the place names digitization and visualization combined with the technology of GIS geographic information system.The geographical names of natural elements include landform,geomorphology,azimuth,hydrology,resource,size and form,and other types.The names of human environmental elements include family names,economic categories,historical facts,wishes,functional categories,etc.The fourth part gives the analysis of Liaoning province place characteristics.This part mainly uses the GIS technology to do density grading process of Liaoning province names,with county as a unit,analyzing the relationship among the density of place names,population,GDP,industrial structure,and topography,and makes an explanation of the results and summarizes the characteristics of the landscape of Liaoning administrative place names,understanding of the overall situation in Liaoning province from the macro perspective.The fifth part analyzes,from the perspective of historical development,the reasons and characteristics of the evolution of the place names in Liaoning province,combined with the current situation and the past and present,and giving some rational comments and suggestions for the development of Liaoning's place names.The sixth part mainly summarizes the research results of the paper,and find out the shortcomings of the research.
