Effects Of Different Modifying Agents On The Quality Of Sewage Irrigation Potted Rapeseed,soil Nutrient And Chromium Content

In order to explore the influence on soil nutrients;chromium content and rape quality of potted rape with sewage irrigated soil by use four kinds of soil amendments(sodium humate;sodium fulvic acid;acticarbon;turfy soil),this paper,through pot experiment of rape with sewage irrigated soil in Xiaodian District of Taiyuan to observe the chemical properties of soil and rape;the content of chlorophyll and reducing sugar in rapeseed,;and the change regulation of yield and nutrient in rape,comes to the following conclusions(1)Compared with the control group,potted rape with sewage irrigated soil which added with four kinds of soil amendments(sodium humate;sodium fulvic acid;acticarbon;turfy soil)have no significant differences in chlorophyll.Other quality indicators have been partly improved.Different soil amendment has different effect.(2)Compared with the control group,while the application rates of sodium humate run up to 8.0g/kg,not only the yield and nutritional quality of potted rape will be better improved but content of chromium will also be reduced effectively.The concrete reflections are:Output increased by 47%,nitrate content reduced by 32.6%,reducing sugar content increased by 27.1%,chromium content reduced by 28.1%Considering all index,we can choose this kind of dosage of sodium humate first.(3)The function of inhibit the chromium invaded into potted rape by these four soil amendments from strong to weak are sodium humate;sodium fulvic acid;acticarbon and turfy soil.The medium and high application of sodium fulvate acid has function of inhibit the content of chromium in the potted rape:chromium content decreased by 20%(4)Application rates of 8.0g/kg of turfy soil has greatest function on inhibit the nitrate content,it was 86%lower than the control group.The application of activated carbon also has obvious effect on the increase of reducing sugar,the decrease of nitrate and the increase of yield.But there is no significant reduction on chromium in rapeseed(5)After put the same concentration of four soil amendments respectively into the soil of potted rapes,the pH of potted rapes soil had no significant differences compared with the control group.It shows that soil amendments does not change the pH value of soil(6)Different concentration of soil amendments make obviously differences of contents of alkali-hydrolysable nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,organic matter and chromium in soil.This indicates that amendments have effects on ameliorate soil nutrients and adsorb chromium from soil.It has great significance to the problems of food safety of crops in China.However,further studies will be needed to see what the best application rates of different soil amendments are.
