With the progress and development of economy in China,the height of urban buildings increases,and it is more important to analyze the wind load,which is one of the main factors affecting the stress of super-tall buildings.Wind load is the main control load for designing tall buildings and long span structures.At present,the average wind speed profile is exponentially distributed in the code of building structure load in China,but this distribution does not hold true under the condition of typhoon.In addition,the power spectral density function of wind speed used in the specification is a constant expression along the height,and the attenuation factor in the coherent function expression of horizontal and vertical wind speed is constant.These two expressions are used to solve the wind-induced dynamic response.To determine the key of equivalent static wind load,there is a certain gap between theoretical calculation and practice.On the basis of previous studies,based on the long-term measured typhoon data in Xiamen area and analysis and study,the wind profile of typhoon wind speed in Xiamen area and the fluctuating characteristics of typhoon wind speed are calculated,that is,typhoon wind speed.The expressions of power spectral density function and horizontal and vertical coherence function of wind pressure and other characteristic parameters provide a more accurate wind load distribution for the design of important infrastructure in Xiamen area.There are obvious social and economic benefits to guide the typhoon resistant design of high-rise building structure and reduce the construction cost in the future.The main tasks are as follows:Firstly,in order to obtain the wind field characteristics of tall buildings and long-span' structures under typhoon action,based on the basic principle of wind pressure measurement,four steel tube wind towers are constructed scientifically in Dadeng island,Xiamen city,and 12 anemometers are arranged.According to the actual characteristics of the project,according to the technical specifications,structure,quality and other requirements of the wind tower,scientific arrangement is made for the location,design,construction and installation of the wind tower.The construction of 4 wind towers to meet the requirements of the project has been successfully completed.Secondly,the normal wind characteristics of Xiamen region are measured on four wind towers in Xiamen,and the wind direction data under normal wind condition are obtained,and the wind characteristics of spring,summer and winter in Xiamen region are studied and analyzed.It is verified that the field measured results of the normal wind in this project are consistent with the wind speed characteristics of the theoretical normal wind.Finally,through analyzing the wind speed direction,average wind profile,pulsating wind power spectral density function,veritical coherence and horizontal coherence of typhoon "Sudiron" The results show that the fluctuating wind speed of the typhoon coincides with the Von Karman wind speed spectrum,and the horizontal coherence of the wind speed decreases witibh the increase of the mean wind speed.The trend is similar to that of the davenport coherence function.
