Induced polarization method is an important method for multi-metal mineral exploration.Phase-excited polarization method has the advantages of high resolution,strong anti-interference ability,small influence by electromagnetic coupling,light equipment,high production efficiency and wide application range.The application of various concealed metal deposits has been applied well.This paper summarizes the development and application of the induced polarization method and clarifies the purpose and significance of this study.Based on an in-depth understanding of the mechanism of the induced polarization method,the basic principles and methods of the phase induced polarization method are discussed.Taking the exploration of Duocaima phase IP method as an example,the geological,geophysical,geochemical background and metallogenic characteristics of the area are analyzed.The selected research programs and the completion of field and indoor work were elaborated and evaluated.By evaluating the method effectiveness and technical conditions of the0 and 32 exploration lines with different depths in the Duocaima mining area,the effectiveness of the phase induced current method in the region is confirmed,and the ore and characteristics of the rocks are summarized.The electrical difference of the surrounding rock.In the survey area system,1:50,000 phase excitation work was carried out,and seven phase-excitation anomalies were delineated.They and the ore-bearing Permian strata of the ore-bearing Permian strata with high apparent resistance are the ninety-six squad?P2j?limestone and northwestern-Near-East to ore-bearing tectonic faults are consistent.Through the 1:10000 phase excitation measurement,the X1-5,X3-1 and other favorable mineralization anomalies are decomposed,the plane orientation and shape of the anomalous zone are given,and the dipole measurement is carried out for the anomaly after decomposing.The deep profile work reflects the shape and occurrence of the polarized body in the section through the inversion calculation,and gives the suggested placement position of the borehole.Combined with known boreholes and ZK7201,ZK7202 and other drilling arrangements based on the results of anomaly verification,the inferred ore-induced anomalies were analyzed and evaluated,and the geological-geophysical prospecting model of the area was established.The mine target area provides reference and basis for future prospecting work and direction.For the application of phase-excitation method in prospecting,it has laid a very good geological and geophysical basis,which has important guiding significance for future geological prospecting work.
