Crimp-type power fittings,tension clamps and splices are widely used in the connection of grid transmission lines.Instead of detonation pressure,hydraulic pressure is used in crimping form recently.The connection both bear wire tension and is a through-current conductor.It will not be disassembled after fit.Thus,It is necessary to design a disassembly-free inspection method for detailed inspection.X-ray digital imaging detection technology is used to detect the quality of the crimped wire,and the test results are analyzed according to the results of typical characteristic parameter detection.The similar characteristics are measured and the crimped wire is realized.The X-ray detects the extraction of the feature parameters of the image and saves the result in a SQL database for retrieval,query and indication.Firstly,the mechanism of X-ray imaging and the factors affecting image quality are introduced.Then,the method of image processing is used to realize the denoising,enhancement and feature extraction of X-ray image.Finally,the proposed piezoelectric metal is used.Typical characteristic parameters,including the detection of the tensile clamp,the detection of the steel core in the continuous steel pipe,the detection of the insertion position of the aluminum wire,and the detection method of other characteristic parameters,the extracted extraction information,combined with the chromaticity/contrast and the chromaticity/saturation The dual characteristic parameter detection is carried out,and the detection result is stored in the database to realize the detection and data identification of the piezoelectric power metal,and the experiment is verified.The experimental results show that the digital X-ray imaging method is used to complete the inspection process of the crimped wire quality,and the image analysis can effectively identify the defects inside the crimping power tool,especially the parts that are not easy to be removed from the joint.Through the verification of the actual collected data on the site,65 cases of images are used in the verification to complete the wire crimping quality sample detection.By identifying the double characteristic parameters,the reliability of the detection is improved,thereby improving the reliability of the quality inspection of the crimped wires.The detection of the tensile clamp and the insertion position of the steel core and the aluminum wire in the connecting tube are realized,wherein the wire penetration depth and the steel anchor penetration depth are not more than 1 mm,and the measurement deviation of the press-in gap is not More than 0.5mm;the measurement result is compared with the crimping control standard to judge whether the crimping quality is qualified: whether the crimping quality can be automatically judged after inputting the standard control value;forming the image of the crimping quality X-ray digital imaging detection result Database,to achieve data storage,retrieval,display and other functions.It can be seen that the research on X-ray digital imaging detection of wire crimping quality can greatly improve the detection efficiency and accuracy compared with manual disassembly detection.This method can provide useful and objective reference for engineering technicians.This ensures that faults are detected at the first time,ensuring safe and smooth operation of the grid.
