Research On Chinese Government's Policy On Climate Change From The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

Since China released the first national plan to cope with climate change in 2007,China's policy of tackling climate change has undergone more than 10 years of development and change.As an important part and key support for our country to deal with climate change,China's policy system to cope with climate change is an important guarantee and strong guarantee to ensure the realization of the goal of climate change and the fulfilling of the happiness and happiness of the people's lives.It is not only the international commitment of our country as a world power,but also the current situation of our country and the realistic demand of economic and social development,but also the national strategy of maintaining a healthy and sustained development of our country in the future.At present,our country has made some achievements in dealing with climate change,but there are some problems.The existence of these problems is not conducive to the development of China's climate change work,but also hinders the realization of the goal of building a socialist ecological civilization.Based on the above,this paper,on the basis of collecting policy on climate change in the past 2007-2016 years and 10 years,analyzes the policy system of climate change in China through the policy text analysis method,summarizes and summarizes the characteristics of China's policy on climate change,combing and analyzing its evolution process,finding out its existing problems,and concluding its existing problems.The planning and long-term goals for the construction of ecological civilization are proposed for the improvement of the existing problems.Finally,the possible future direction of China's climate change policy is expected.The full text is divided into seven chapters,the main contents are as this study and collect the policy texts required by various channels;secondly,we encode the collected policy texts according to the needs of the research,analyze the difference factors of the policy text,and finally use the policy text analysis method to deal with the number of climate change policies in China.On the basis of the change,the type of language,the subject of the document,the policy
