Since the publication of The Structure of Scientific Revolution,Kuhn becomes famous for his book.Paradigm,Incommensurability,Normal Science becomes familiar words for ordinary people.Later,Incommensurability is often interpreted as there is no objective standard to compare advantages and disadvantages of associated scientific theories. When faced with the problem of choosing a theory or another theory, scientists would rather choose scientific theory than changing the beliefs. It seems that there is no rational comparison of rational participation, only intuition,in the process of scientists' preference to another theory.Because of this,Kuhn is blamed for denying the scientific rationality by some people, while others said Kuhn is relativism. In response to these misunderstandings,Kuhn changes his research approach from the history of science to the development of the concept of linguistics research, and he settles the latter approach as the major mainstay about the revolution and the viewpoint of Incommensurability.Conception and taxonomy theory are regarded as the foundation to explain the Incommensurability.Kuhn shows that the theory about the conception and taxonomy is very similar to the psychological theory Prototype Theory, which is absorbed the spirit of Wittgenstein's Family Resemblance. We learn the prototype theory about conception is not be defined by a series of necessary and sufficient conditions, which is defined by those prototype examples. The membership of conceptual category is determined by level of similarity to the prototype, that determines the degree of membership to the conception. At the same time,Kuhn introduces taxonomy theory, that considers the change of lexical words leads to non-translatability of different lexicons. Then based on conception and taxonomy theory of Kuhn,we make a new argumentation about Incommensurability--the change of conceptions leads to the evolution of the whole of the taxonomy system, thus creating translation difficulties andIncommensurability problem between communities. Then we combine the taxonomy of biology case and 16th-century astronomical case for further analysis. Finally,it points out that Kuhn's response to Incomensurability problem is effective, based on conception and taxonomy theory.Although Partial Incommensurability phenomenon happens between different Paradigms, there always exists some constant conceptions in taxonomy systems. In this sense, communication and comparison between different paradigm are possible.
