Lake ice phenology events are indicators of climate change. There is a strong correlation between climate change and lake ice phenology, whether it is short-term atmospheric changes, oceanic oscillations or prolonged global warming. This correlation is obvious, and the temporal and spatial distribution of lake ice phenology is characterized by climate change. The direct characterization. The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is the "primary zone" of climate change in China and the "magnifier" of global climate change. Its climate change has a very important impact on China and even the world. The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau has become a global hotspot.Lake ice is developed on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau lakes.Phenological research helps to understand the ice phenology and climate change in the Tibetan Plateau.Based on MODIS surface temperature data,TRMM precipitation data, and GLEAM model evapotranspiration data, the Theil-Sen Median non-parametric trend analysis method was used to obtain the meteorological factors of the Tibetan Plateau during2001-2016,including temperature, precipitation, and evapotranspiration. The trend of change, combined with the decision tree approach to capture the climate change pattern of the Tibetan Plateau,is based on the study of MOD10A2 global ice and snow products to obtain the lake ice phenology time of 47 lakes with an area of ??more than 100 square kilometers in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau from 2000 to 2016.,Including the beginning and ending time of frozen lake ice, complete freezing time, beginning melting time and complete melting time, etc.,and the trend of change over the past 16 years;CORREL function was used to analyze the climatic factors(temperature change rate, precipitation change rate, evapotranspiration rate)in the Tibetan Plateau)Correlation with ice phenology changes on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The results show that most of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau began to freeze in the beginning of the freeze time(an average of 0.56 days / year),the complete freeze-up time showed a delayed trend(an average of 0.51 days / year),the beginning of the melting time is presented in advance The trend(average is-0.08days/year),the complete melting time also shows an early trend(average is-0.16days/year);the lake ice phenology is summarized and seven kinds of lake ice phenology patterns are found;through correlation analysis Acquiring temperature, precipitation, and elevation were the correlations with lake ice phenology, and the correlation between temperature change and lake ice phenology was the best and passed the significance test at the 0.05 level. The climate change on the Tibetan Plateau has always been a research hotspot. The lake ice phenology results and conclusions obtained by the Institute are of great significance for understanding the climate change over the Tibetan Plateau and for predicting China and even the entire northern hemisphere.
