In this experiment,a single-factor randomized block design was used. The four-year-old Zuanrang No.2 camellia was used as the material.T1,T2,T3,T4,T5,and CK were set using organic common inorganic compound fertilizer and compound fertilizer.Processing.Fertilization treatment is as follows: T1 treatment, winter application of 0.6kg organic-inorganic compound fertilizer;T2 treatment, winter application of 0.3kg organic-inorganic compound fertilizer;T3 treatment, winter application of 0.3kg of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer, spring application of0.15 kg of compound fertilizer;T4 treatment,no fertilizer in winter. The topdressing compound fertilizer is 0.3kg compound fertilizer in spring;T5 treatment,no fertilizer in winter, compound fertilizer 0.15 kg compound fertilizer in the spring;CK treatment,no fertilizer. To study the effects of different fertilization treatments on the vegetative growth, fruit traits, economic traits, soil nutrients, soil enzyme activity, and soil microbial population dynamics of Camellia oleifera. The result is as follows:(1)The content of soil organic matter is mainly affected by the type of fertilizer applied and the amount of fertilizer applied.Different types of fertilizers and different application amounts lead to different changes in soil organic matter. Applying sufficient amount of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer can significantly increase soil organic matter content.Applying sufficient amount of compound fertilizer has a certain increase effect on soil organic matter, but it is not significant. The total nitrogen content in soil is affected by seasonal changes and fertilization.Different fertilization treatments have an impact on the extent of soil total nitrogen content.Organic-inorganic compound fertilizer is more conducive to soil total nitrogen accumulation than compound fertilizer. The content ofalkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen in soil was mainly affected by fertilization.Fertilization significantly increased soil alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen content in the middle of the experiment, and was also higher in the later period of the experiment than in the early period of the experiment.Soil total phosphorus and available phosphorus content were significantly affected by fertilization, and fertilization significantly increased the contents of both.Fertilization can effectively maintain the content of total potassium in the soil.Fertilization treatment significantly increases the content of available potassium in soil and maintains the available potassium in the soil for a long time at a relatively high level.(2)Fertilization treatment can increase soil catalase, acid phosphatase and urease activities to some extent, and there are differences between different fertilizer types and different application rates. The organic-inorganic compound fertilizer in the experiment is more conducive to the increase of soil catalase, acid phosphatase and urease activity.Fertilization helps to increase and maintain soil enzyme activity.(3)Fertilization treatment can increase the number of soil fungi, bacteria, and actinomycetes.Different fertilizer types and different application amounts have different effects on the number of microorganisms.Fertilization treatment significantly increased the number of fungi in the middle of the experiment, maintaining a certain amount of levels later. The number of soil bacteria and actinomycetes has increased and maintained.(4)Fertilization treatment significantly affected plant height, ground diameter, crown width, and shoot growth.Except for T1,which was lower than CK in the growth of the crown, all growth indexes of the other fertilization treatments were larger than CK,and the growth index of some fertilization treatments was significantly higher than that of CK.Different fertilization treatments have different effects on different growth indexes.T1 has the best effect on height growth.T4 has the best effect on the diameter of the ground.T3 has the best effect on spring shoot length, and T4 has the best effect on spring shoot diameter.(5)The fertilization treatment had little effect on the fruit size, peel thickness and seed number. The three fruit traits were not significant. There was no significant difference between the fertilization treatment and the control, but the fruit size, peel thickness and seed number between the fertilization treatments. There are significant differences in these three fruit trait indicators. The fertilization treatment had a significant effect on seed coat thickness. The seed coat thickness of some fertilization treatments was significantly higher than that of CK,and there was also a significant difference between fertilization treatments.(6)The fertilization treatment had a significant effect on the yield of oil camellia. The yield of each fertilizer treatment was significantly higher than that of CK,and there was also a significant difference between the treatments.Fertilization had no significant effect on the seeding rate of Camellia oleifera, and there was no significant difference between treatments. The fertility rate of each fertilization treatment was higher than that of CK.Some fertilization treatments were significantly higher than CK,and there were also significant differences between fertilization treatments. In addition to T2,the fertility rate and dry kernel oil content of the fertilization treatments were all higher than those of CK,but they were not significant. There was a significant difference between the fertilization treatments. There was no significant effect of fertilization on the oil content of Camellia oleifera fruit. There was no significant difference in the oil content of CK between the fertilized fruits and fresh fruits. There was a significant difference between the fertilization treatments.(7)There was a significant positive correlation between phosphatase content in soil and soil total nitrogen content and organic matter content. The content of soil urease was significantly linearly related to soil total phosphorus content, available phosphorus, and available potassium content. The catalase content and the number of actinomycetes in soil were significantly linearly related to the total nitrogen content in the soil. There was no significant correlation between the number of fungi and bacteria with soil nutrients. The height growth of Camellia oleifera was mainly affected by the content of alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen in soil(significant). The growth of Camellia oleifera had a significant positive correlation with the totalphosphorus content of the soil, and the shoot tip length and soil total phosphorus content(extremely significant)were all significant. The potassium content(extremely significant)and the content of available phosphorus(very significant)are highly positively correlated, the spring shoot diameter and total phosphorus content of the soil(extremely significant),available phosphorus content(extremely significant)and available potassium(extremely significant)The content is highly positively correlated. There was no significant correlation between fruit and economic traits of Camellia oleifera and soil nutrients.
