Study On The Quality Management Of The Digital Yongding Geo-spatial Framework

The Digital Yongding Geo-spatial Framework(DYGF),which has basic and comprehensive features,is used as the platform for the fundamental geo-spatial framework of Yongding County.This framework contains many aspects,such as the formulation of standards,the production and integration of data,the investigation of service platform,the development of application system and the setting of the operating environment.This project has relatively high demands in quality control.Therefore,a set of project quality management approaches and quality control measures is required to ensure the completion of construction,the later operation and maintenance,and the secondary development of the system.This research was carried out according to the theoretical idea of project quality management and incorporating with the quality control during project construction process.Three main components of traditional project quality management method:project quality p局域网,project quality assurance and project quality control,were refined and investigated in this study.The guarantee of the entire project quality was achieved by the guarantee of the technology,environment,finance,human resources and system of the DYGF construction.Meanwhile,in order to ensure the effect of quality management,the risk and quality controls were applied for the whole process of the project;the key quality control was executed for the platform building of the DYGF,the construction of basic geographical data and the standardization of data.This research indicates that the desired effect of the DYGF system can be achieved with the entire set of project quality management p局域网and quality guarantee measures.Meanwhile,the specifications of platform construction and data production were proposed to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the operation,maintenance and popularize of the platform,thus ensuring the needs of the later operation,maintenance,and the secondary development of the system.In addition,the project quality management method of geo-spatial framework that explored in this study can also be applied in other regions.This approach is of significant meaning for the construction of digital geo-spatial framework and urban informatization for other cities.
