The application of the construction of urban three dimensionallandscape, which developed fastly in the recent years, is broad andbright. With the development of the information technipue, the use ofGeographical information System (GIS) becomes broader andbroader. Data is the blood of GIS, whose quality directly affeGIS theaccuracy and reliability of the result, as well as the success of theresearch. The following problems must be solved: how to build qualitymodel of GIS, which index is Used to measure accurate data anduncertainty data, quantitative data and qualitative data in Gis. GIS datauncertainty and Gis data quality control technique becomes, a researchissue in the study of construction of urban three dimensional landscape.Firstly, this paper study and analyse the source of the uncertainty ofspatial data, conclude and mathematical optimize the development historyand the new achievement about the theory of it. After this, spatial dataquality control method have been indicated. Then, on the basis of practicalapplication of special data collection process, an spatial data GISquality model is built; Finally, based on the summary of special datamodel, application of three dimensional GIS software of VRMap andusing of DEM and DOM, produces virtual landscape and 3DReconstruction which according to building line rows diagram and itsheight attribute extracted from topography, and then create urban threedimensional landscape fastly.The research in this paper it is Significant to enrich the GISTheoretical System, improve the Technique System and workingefficiency of special data quality control, assure the quality of specialdata results, construct heigh quality special database and improve theHealth Development of GIS industry in China.
