With the development of society,the size and height of buildings are expanding.Therefore,it is becoming more and more demanding for the construction of soil foundation.In the process of land base construction,a more important link is to accurately monitor and feedback the speed and displacement of land base settlement,so as to provide reasonable guidance for further construction.According to the monitoring of underground soil subsidence monitoring method is single,get rid of disadvantages of mechanical measurement,monitoring precision is not high enough,the stability monitoring data is low,the author proposes a design based on the scientific monitoring method of hall effect and designing a high precision monitoring instrument.The specific design research contents are as follows:(1)Scientific monitoring method based on the hall effect is designed and proposed on the basis of a large number of related documents at home and abroad.The development status of land subsidence monitoring in our country is introduced,and the existing settlement measurement methods and measuring instruments at home and abroad are described,and their respective advantages and disadvantages are compared.(2)The overall design and planning of the instrument are carried out.The design of the instrument mainly includes the electronic circuit design and the mechanical structure design.The electronic circuit design mainly includes the layered soil settlement signal collector circuit design and the soil layered settlement signal collector circuit design,which is mainly divided into the circuit principle design and the PCB circuit board layout and wiring design.The mechanical structure design is the building service for the test model of the experimental instrument,including the base,the support frame,the motor drag structure and the standard measuring scale.(3)The overall software design and planning of the system is carried out.The software design of the instrument mainly includes hall signal acquisition system,data acquisition system,hall signal collector data collection and processing system anddisplay system of the upper computer.The most important of them is the data processing system of the hall signal collector.The system mainly realizes data collection for all hall signal collectors,and models the data of each collector separately,and finds out the corresponding relation between the subsidence and displacement of the magnetic ring and the acquisition signal of the collector.The display parameters of the host computer include the electrical signals of all hall collector,the initial location of the subsidence magnetic ring,the real-time location of the subsidence magnetic ring,the settlement and displacement of the subsidence magnetic ring,the system power supply voltage and current,the current environment temperature and humidity parameters.(4)The instrument test calibration experiment was carried out.The motor motor is used to simulate the subsidence of the subsidence magnetic ring.The calibration experiment of the single magnetic ring 2m range settlement is done for the instrument.Three calibration experiments of the settlement of the magnetic ring at the same time are done.The calibration experiment of the single magnetic ring settlement with high depth 5m is made by using the dynamic calibrator.Moreover,some key measurement techniques and parameters of the instrument are also compared between theoretical analysis and experimental test.(5)The precision calibration of the developed settlement monitor is made.The accuracy of the calibration results can reach 0.9409 mm and the range of measurement can reach 10 m.The new method of soil settlement monitoring has a certain significance to get rid of the current single mechanical measurement method,and to a certain extent,it improves the grade of soil settlement monitoring.It can realize intelligent remote online real-time monitoring,improve monitoring efficiency and monitoring data timeliness,and has more far-reaching significance than artificial site monitoring.But there are still some shortcomings in modeling and processing multiple subsidence magnetic rings,which needs further analysis and research in the future.
