Quine is an American mathematical philosopher, scientific philosopher, and logician. In mathematical philosophy,he turned to empiricism. His mathematical philosophy has a great influence on the generation and development of modern mathematical empiricism.Since the middle of the 20 th century, mathematical philosophers have turned their attention to the study of mathematical ontology, epistemology and methodology. These studies mainly for internal theory viewpoint and the external theory view of mathematical knowledge, thus appeared the Paul Benacerraf mathematical truths predicament, even though both have inherent rationality of the analysis, but always in the midst of an intense debate, and a mutual fusion path not found. On the other hand, the contextual analysis method is a very important research method emerging in contemporary analytical philosophy. In the development of analytical philosophy, the focus of the study of philosophy of science has shifted from syntactics to semantics, and from semantics to pragmatics. In this context, the significance of the analytical method proposed by Frege is even more evident. Therefore, from the perspective of contextual analysis, the analysis and study of contemporary scientific philosophy, especially the philosophy of mathematics,is precisely adapted to this trend. The purpose of this paper is to introduce contextual analysis method into the study of Quine's mathematical philosophical thoughts, systematically combing, grasping, analyzing and researching context as the basis,so as to provide a mathematical philosophical thought for Quine. The new research perspective,in turn, gives an enlightenment to the methodology of the entire contemporary philosophy of mathematics. This article studies Quine's main mathematical philosophy and the contextualization and meaning of Quine's mathematics philosophy. The full text is divided into three parts. The first part is the study of the origin and main contents of Quine's philosophy of mathematics, including the influence of logical empiricism and pragmatism on Quine's mathematical philosophy.Quine's critique of the two doctrines of empiricism includes the characteristics, paths, and influence of criticism;the ontological commitment ideology is divided into recognition of ontological commitment, recognition of the ontology commitment based on mathematics, and reflection on ontology commitment. The indispensability of argumentation, mainly to explore its theoretical basis, the indispensability of the solution to the problem of mathematical truth dilemma, and the lack of indispensability of argument. The second part includes the analysis of the contextualization of Quine's philosophy of mathematics, such as the holistic nature of Quine's philosophy of mathematics, the determinism of boundaries, and therecontextualization. The third part is the analysis of the significance of the contextualization of Quine's mathematical philosophy based on context.
