Marine chlorophyll has great significance for scientific research and environmental monitoring of Marine fields.The measurement of chlorophyll content in seawater can serve as a risk warning for Marine disasters such as green tide and red tide.Water chlorophyll content changing with time and space,the traditional chlorophyll measurement methods are mostly experimented in the laboratory.Mostly adopting the method of extraction and analysis,it is difficult to reflect the real-time water chlorophyll concentration.Moreover,the test equipment is not easy to carry out monitoring,and the concentration of chlorophyll in seawater cannot be obtained in time.The concentration of chlorophyll in seawater is low,so it is of great significance to develop a chlorophyll monitor with high accuracy,low-power-consumption and high-interference.The purpose of this paper is to complete a set of self-capacitated high-precision,low-power chlorophyll detector based on fluorescence detection principle.The detector can measure the chlorophyll concentration in water and keep the measured data.In this paper,STM32L476 is used as the main chip to coordinate with high-precision AD chip sampling to get the measurement data.The work involved in this paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)The fluorescence detection principle and factors which influence the precision of detection,comprehensive domestic and foreign research status quo of water chlorophyll measurement,comparing the pros and cons of each method,based on the principle of fluorescence measurement method are put forward.(2)According to the principle of fluorescence,the sea water chlorophyll measurement hardware system was designed based on STM32L476 kernel and LTC2400 high-speed AD sampling chip.It add the modulation and synchronous demodulation circuit and realized the high precision strong anti-interference,low power consumption measurement system through debugging and improving.(3)According to the working principle of the instrument it has completed the design of the software part,including the enabling control of the power management module,Flash storage and erasure,the interaction between detector and the upper machine communication.(4)The final debugging results are analyzed to verify the overall accuracy of the system.Finally,the system achieves the predetermined precision.
