Research And Realization Of Key Technology Of Highway Assets Information Management

Highway assets refer to the infrastructure assets formed through the construction,which is an important part of the state-owned assets.With the development of social economy and the continuous construction and development of highway facilities,there is a greater demand for the service management and facilities performance of highway assets.These objective factors lead to the gradual transformation from the construction of transportation assets to the maintenance of facilities.Therefore,in order to ensure the sustainable development of highway construction in China,we must improve the digital management system of highway assets information,optimize the allocation of highway resources and realize the economic and social benefits of assets construction to the maximum extent.Aiming at the main problems in the current situation of digital management of highway assets in China,the thesis studies the key technology of highway assets information management in detail.The topic puts forward the classification scheme of road assets information based on the characteristics of highway assets and related standards,and designs the database of highway assets.In order to locate the position of the road,the road system uses mileage to locate.In contrast,the GIS systems use planar coordinates to locate problems.Through the linear reference and dynamic segmentation technology and proximity analysis method,the topic solves the problem of the mutual transformation between the position and the coordinate positioning of highway assets.Then we match the properties of highway assets and road information.Meanwhile,based on the characteristics of point data and linear elements of assets data,the topic puts forward the design scheme of highway assets symbol library,and uses point aggregation optimization method to optimize the problem of dense point expression on the map.It realizes the multi-scale visual expression of highway assets.The research results in this paper are applied in the construction of traffic geographic information service platform in Liaoning province.It plays an important role in the establishment of the highway assets database,the visualization of the assets data and the realization of the assets management function.In summary,this research has some values.
