With the growth of the market economy in our country,a huge number of private enterprises and foreign corporations have emerged in the domestic market,especially with the huge influx of multinational corporations,which has made the rivalry between enterprises more and more intense.Moreover,this fierce competition is accompanied by a consistent trend that the excellent employees of state-owned enterprises are attracted by the generous remuneration and welfare benefits offered by transnational enterprises,which leads to the serious turnover of employees in some public enterprises.There is no doubt that for today's state-owned enterprises,the important factor in choosing whether to enter the enterprise is whether the company provides suitable and generous remuneration conditions for employees.The path optimization of enterprise incentive mechanism is not only the best choice for the professional growth of employees,but also the best way for enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness.This paper studies reasonable path selection model and optimal solution algorithm for enterprise incentive mechanism,and proposes feasible path selection for enterprises under different conditions,which can provide powerful tools for enterprise personnel decision-making,formulation of training plans,inspection of the work effect of enterprise employees,and formulation of wage compensation policies,which is of great theoretical significance and practical value.In the past,the problem of solving the incentive mechanism of enterprises is only considering the internal factors influencing the employees' internal factors,namely,considering only the individual behavior of the internal employees of the enterprise,the incentive factors,the individual needs,the fair preference,etc.,the corresponding theoretical model is established in the enterprise's internal company,and the problem of the benefits of the incentive mechanism to the enterprise is studied,however,the external factors of the enterprises in the market(the "tactical interaction" between the enterprises in the market)are rarely studied,so that the model result of the research has a certain error with the practice of the enterprises in the market,and the incentive measures to be adopted by the enterprises are not given a practical path selection and corresponding analysis so as to effectively solve the problems of the enterprise in the management of talent personnel.Therefore,this article firstly analyzes the traditional enterprise incentive mechanism strategy,through the integration of traditional enterprise incentive mechanism,the traditional enterprise incentive mechanism strategy summarized as two incentive path: a single static incentive mechanism path and flexible dynamic incentive mechanism path.Then were studied based on the incomplete information static game theory and the enterprise incentive mechanism of the mixed strategy game theory,route choice model to discuss the enterpriseincentive mechanism in the market competition strategy of the interactive problem,the second is incomplete information static game and mixed strategy game to establish enterprise incentive mechanism game model respectively,and puts forward corresponding to the Nash equilibrium solution.Finally,according to the Nash equilibrium obtained by the game,the validity and rationality of the incentive mechanism path of the enterprise are analyzed,and the path selection of the corresponding enterprise incentive mechanism is given.The research contents are as follows:(1)In this paper,the definition of motivation and incentive mechanism,and by defining process raises enterprise incentive incentive mechanism,and then respectively analyses the traditional enterprise incentive mechanism strategy: single incentive strategy and composite incentive strategy,on the basis of two kinds of incentive strategy mode,the traditional enterprise incentive mechanism strategies grouped into two major incentive path: a single static dynamic incentive mechanism,incentive mechanism and flexible enterprise incentive mechanism based on game theory for a later chapter research route choice.(2)Based on incomplete information static game theory under the enterprise incentive mechanism of route choice problem were analyzed.According to the two main incentive paths summarized in chapter 2: single static incentive mechanism and flexible dynamic incentive mechanism.Combined with the principle of incomplete information static game,the income matrix and probability matrix obtained by the choice of flexible dynamic incentive mechanism are analyzed.Finally,based on the analysis of the bayesian Nash equilibrium,is under the condition of different enterprises,put forward the corresponding incentive path selection of enterprise,provide enterprises with more efficient talent management measures,so as to improve corporate earnings.(3)Study the path selection of enterprise incentive mechanism based on hybrid strategy game theory.Under mixed strategy game theory,based on the game relationship between enterprise,defines the payoff function under mixed strategy game theory,and draw the optimal reaction functions graphs under the mixed strategy game theory,by using the extremum method was used to solve the Nash equilibrium of mixed strategy game,and analyzed the enterprise incentive mechanism game model of route choice,formulate incentive mechanism is obtained the optimal path selection.Finally through the case analysis,effectively illustrates the path choice enterprise incentive mechanism under mixed strategy.
