The groundwater system is a complex giant system.The information related to groundwater system is not only a huge amount of data,but also has obvious spatial characteristics.It is a typical spatial data which has rich spatial connotation.The traditional way of water resources management to analyze and evaluate groundwater resources is in the form of reports or charts database.Using geographic information system instead of traditional management mode can effectively improve work efficiency and facilitate data access and update.The relationship between the groundwater level and the amount of groundwater resources is complementary and closely related.The management of groundwater resources should not only carry out the most stringent water resources management system for the groundwater yield,but also the control of the groundwater level,this is the key which is based on the double weight index of water level and yield to control and manage the groundwater resources.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and application value to establish a dual control management system based on GIS platform.This paper expounds the construction idea and technical method of the groundwater water level and water double control management system,and uses the ArcGIS software(ARC/INFO)as the platform,the advanced programming language C# and the object oriented visual programming tool ArcEngine,to design and establish the dual control management system of groundwater level and water in Jilin City.Finally,the following research results are obtained:(1)To establish a hydrogeological spatial database.The whole framework of the system database is designed,the database standardization principle is set up,and the hydrogeological spatial database is established on the basis of the hydrogeological data of Jilin city.The system database is composed of two parts,the spatial database(graphic data and attribute data)and the external database,which changes the traditional management for hydrological information.The management mode combines the spatial data object entity with its attribute features,and realizes the function of spatial data collection and definition,query retrieval,data conversion and data management and update,and realizes the dynamic management of groundwater system information.(2)Realize the visual interface of the system.In order to improve user experience,a user graphical interface based on function implementation is established.The system interface includes the modules of spatial data management,spatial analysis,data query and retrieval,application model analysis and system management.In combination with database content,users can use the functional interface of the system to realize the functions of hydrogeological spatial data management,query retrieval,analysis and evaluation.(3)Establish the system application analysis model library.Based on the need of regional hydrogeological spatial analysis,ARC/INFO10.2 is used as the technical platform to establish an applied model system of spatial data statistical analysis,groundwater resource thematic analysis,groundwater flow numerical simulation and dual control application model analysis.(4)Using the dual control management system of groundwater level and water,based on the information of groundwater resources in Jilin City,the construction of Jilin urban spatial database is completed,and the developed model base is applied to realize the spatial information superposition analysis of groundwater resources in Jilin and the mapping of hydrogeological thematic maps.The calculation of groundwater resources,the analysis of mining potential,the numerical simulation of groundwater flow and the analysis of dual control management and so on.It provides data and technical support for the formulation and implementation of the dual control management scheme of groundwater level and water volume in Jilin urban area.The results show that the establishment of the dual control management system for water level and water level not only greatly improves the working efficiency of hydrogeological work,but also improves the method of hydrogeological work,and provides theoretical basis and technical support for scientific management and rational exploitation of groundwater resources.It has important theoretical significance and application price.Value.
